Siddhart's POV :

I watched Rohan lead Nandani inside the hotel, knowing she wanted to spend some special time alone with him on his birthday.

Nature seemed to be conspiring in their favor, and in mine too, as I was completely captivated by the sight of Alisha, my Chandni, dancing joyfully in the rain.

Nothing in the world looked more beautiful than her in that moment. Her grace, her innocence, her unbridled joy—it all took my breath away.

How had I not met her earlier? She was a vision of pure beauty, every raindrop on her skin only enhancing her radiance.

I hadn't realized before just how deeply I felt for her. She was not just a passing interest; she was someone who had captured my heart in ways I never imagined possible.

But then I noticed the cut on her sole. Staying in the rain wasn't good for her wound or her health.

I walked over to her as she twirled with open arms, her head tilted back to feel the rain on her face.

"Let's go, Alisha," I said gently.

She shook her head, smiling with pure delight. "No, Sid, not now."

"Sardi lag jaygi aapko, chalo," I insisted, trying to coax her out of the rain.

She looked at me with those irresistible puppy eyes and pleaded,

"Please, please thodi der aur?"

I sighed, unable to refuse her. "Alright, but just for a little while," I relented, knowing that I could never say no to my Chandni.

But as the minutes passed, I grew more concerned about her getting cold.

Finally, I lifted her in my arms, her laughter mingling with the sound of the rain, and carried her back to my room.

Nandani had already informed us that she and Rohan would be in their room.

Inside my room, Alisha stood dripping wet, looking adorably disheveled.

I handed her one of my t-shirts and a  sweatpant. "Get changed," I instructed.

"I'll order some soup for you."

She nodded, pouting slightly but accepting the clothes. While she changed, I ordered a hot soup and, knowing her well, an ice cream for later.

She might be childish, but she was mine. After a while, she emerged wearing my oversized clothes, blushing furiously.

The sight made me smile—she looked so small and cute, almost lost in the fabric.

The order arrived, and I insisted,

"Finish the soup first, and then you'll get the ice cream."

She scoffed but agreed, dutifully sipping the soup. I went to the washroom to change out of my wet clothes, and as I did, I noticed a piece of clothing that didn't belong to me or Rohan.

Looking closer, I realized it was
bra—Alisha's bra. The thought that she wasn't wearing anything underneath my t-shirt made me blush.

I took a deep breath, trying to steady my racing heart, and stepped out of the washroom.

Seeing her in my clothes, knowing the intimate detail that lay beneath, stirred something deep within me.

She looked up at me with those eyes that always seemed to see right through me.

"You look good," she said, a teasing note in her voice.

I chuckled, trying to hide my embarrassment. "You too," I replied, my voice softer than I intended.
