"So Anakin, what is this plan of yours?" Obi-wan asked from the passenger area with both Ahsoka and Rex nodding intently, clearly wanting to know as well. Explaining that planetary shields have two vulnerabilities; landing where the shield doesn't protect, and traveling at high speeds. "Anakin, your just going to ram us into the shield?"
"No... I'm going to have the Dawn exit hyperspace once we are past the shield."
"Wait, does that mean..." Ahsoka asked before being interrupted by Anakin, confirming that they will in fact be heading straight into the planet and if he messes it up, then they're all dead. As both Kenobi and Tano facepalmed, knowing that they agreed to this, Anakin smiled and said that he's done this plenty of times before. "Where Skyguy?! Where have you done this before?!"
"In my head." Anakin smiled as he started aggressively pressing buttons and flicking switches in anticipation for their exit. Using the Force to sense when the right moment was, Anakin pulled back the hyperdrive lever as the ship dropped out just above Daro's surface. Telling Chief to pull up, the Spartan yanked the controls with all his might while Anakin raised the shields in case they hit something.
But it was not enough, as the Dawn's left wing struck a tall tree, the ship quickly billowed out smoke as the craft crash landed on the mountainous planet. Luckily however, all the occupants of the Dawn were unharmed and ready for a fight. Climbing out of their seats and going down into the cargohold, everyone geared up before lowering the ramp to reveal the lush woodland with massive pine trees everywhere and flora covering the base of the tree trunks. "Anakin, may the Force be with you."
"And you Ahsoka. Now, go get 'em Snips." Anakin replied before heading off into the woods with the bearded Jedi Master, clone captain, and Spartan following close by. With Fordo leading the way, the ion cannon team also commenced their journey into the woods, moving swiftly through the tree branches and dense foliage. As for the Bad Batch, they had the furthest to go and also required the most amount of speed between their two objectives. Because of this, the each got a BARC speeder that they quickly mounted before blasting off the the shield generator.
After about three hours of trekking/running through the forest, the first team reached the base of the mountain. Looking up, Chief could see where some of the bunkers were located along with their objective. It was a small outcrop at the very top of the mountain, indistinguishable from the other light grey bunkers with the exception of the radio antennas and satellite dishes that rested on the roof.
After climbing up the mountain, the infiltration team reach the top and looked down into a massive hole where a large base was built on the circumference of the inside of the mountain. Scanning the dozens of platforms and hangars, Chief estimated that there were a few thousand troopers stationed here along with at least two squadrons of TIE fighters. Giving the signal with his hand, Chief motioned for Rex and Kenobi to take point and head to the communications array. 117 and Skywalker would bring up the rear and make sure that they weren't followed.
