Frieren and Sozin walked through a field of fallen soldiers. When they were in the open field they pray for them. They heard footsteps.

Fern: Mistress Frieren, Mister Sozin.

Frieren: You took your time.

Fern looked out.

Fern: So you've defeated Aura and Lugner.

Fern crouches down next to them and prays alongside them.

Graf: I...don't believe it. I thought this day would never come.

Frieren grabbed Sozin's and Fern's hand.

Frieren: Hurry along.

They were about to walk away but Graf spoke.

Graf: Stop there. Don't flee on my behalf.

Stark: Good news, the old softie said he would pardon you and Frieren.

Graf walked over to the armor that laid down.

Graf: It must have been a fierce battle, but none of them are seriously damaged.

Graf looked back at the three.

Graf: I thank you. For treating the long-fallen heroes of the northern lands with such immense respect.

Frieren, Sozin, Fern and Stark were in a carriage looking out.

Frieren: I used to cast flashy and destructive spells, but Himmel and Sozin would always throw a fit.

Stark: I bet they had every right too. We should all respect the dead. I'd be angry too.

Sozin: (Chuckle)

Fern: For all I learned about your nature, Mister Himmel trained you well.

Frieren: You mustn't say it like that. Though I do suppose you have a point.(Smile) This is a perfectly natural reaction.

Sozin looked down and saw Frieren's smile.

Fern: What do you mean by that.

Frieren: Just, talking to myself.(Looks back at the three.) Fern, Stark, Sozin? Good work besting those demons. Especially you my dear Sozin.

Frieren stood in front of Sozin and looked at him as he smiled at her.

Sozin: It was thanks to these two. Though I think I lost control a bit.

Stark: T_T That new form you had was a bit scary.

Sozin: (Rubs the back of his head) Yeah, sorry about that.

Fern: I was more worried if you were going to come back.

Sozin: Well I knew who not to attack. My sights were on those demon who dare to hurt my student and my kid. But Lugner got it worse.

Sozin pulled Frieren and hugged her Stark and Fern.

Sozin: I'm happy you're all okay.

Frieren and Fern hugs back as Stark chuckles.

Frieren: Though I'd be more impressed if you weren't so beaten up.

Stark: That's normal stuff for a warrior.

Sozin: Yeah, you foolish woman.

Fern: Just what does normal mean to you?

Frieren: You both look like death itself.
