Determined to make things right, Alexander set out to find Sophia. After asking around, he finally tracked her down to the university's main library. She was sitting at a table, her face buried in her hands.

"Excuse me, Sophia?" he asked tentatively.

She looked up, her eyes red from tears. "Yes?"

"I'm Alexander. I think we mixed up our papers earlier today," he explained, holding out her notes.

Sophia's eyes widened in recognition. "Oh, thank you so much!" She quickly took her papers, relief washing over her face. "I was wondering what happened."

"I'm really sorry about the mix-up," Alexander said sincerely. "I hope it didn't cause too much trouble."

Sophia sighed. "It did, but it's not your fault. I should have double-checked my notes before the presentation."

There was an awkward pause before Alexander spoke again. "Can I make it up to you? Maybe buy you a coffee?"

Sophia hesitated for a moment but then nodded. "Sure, that would be nice."
