It was fall time, clearly. The four were in the middle of a forest, trying to let Appa rest. Kenshin was resting when he hears a bird squawking that made him jump. The bird picks the letter and spits at his face before flying off.
He was dumbfounded until he unscroll the letter. It's a letter address to you! And it's a drawing too...he chuckle to himself guess that the drawing of a red fox is him and this animal must be cute kitten. He could read that the drawing of this kitten that you must be wondering where he is and you've been wanting some of his attention. When he sees another drawing of a horn devil like boar, that must be Zuko being angry to find a new boat.
"Hey Ken, whatcha got there?"
"Oro! Don't scare me!" Kenshin quickly stash the paper in his yukata acting like nothing happened when he read your drawing for him. "And for your question Sokka, It's nothing, just old drawings."
"O...kay...I mean no offense or anything your drawings kinda need more work."Sokka continues. Katara punches him.
Earlier that day, Kenshin has found a black smith and made him a reverse sword, that way he throws his old ones and was proud of the handy work so no one will ever get killed.
"Where's Momo?", Aang asks, looking for his lemur. They all finally find him encased in a trap that is high above the ground. "Hang on, Momo!". Aang swoops in to save him but notices all the other caged up innocent animals.
"Alright, you too...." Aang goes back up.
"This is gonna take forever." Sokka throws his boomerang at the traps. This causes the traps to burst open.
"That works!" Aang exclaims as he comes down from the tree.
"These are fire nation traps. You can tell from the metal work. We better pack up camp and get moving." Sokka instructs. They all start packing up and loading things onto Appa. Sokka stops everyone. "Uh-Uh! No flying this time".
"What? Why wouldn't we fly?", Aang was confused.
"Think about it: Somehow Prince Zuko and the Fire Nation keep finding us. It's because they spot Appa, he's just too noticeable."
"What? Appa's not too noticeable!"Katara defends.
"He's a gigantic fluffy monster with an arrow on his head! It's kind of hard to miss him!" Sokka exclaims.
"Sokka's just jealous 'cause he doesn't have an arrow." Aang tells Appa
"I know you all want to fly but my instincts tell me we should play it safe this time and walk." Sokka says.
"Who made you the boss?", Katara smiles.
"I'm not the boss, I'm the leader."
"You're the leader? But your voice still cracks!"
"I'm the oldest, and I'm a warrior! So I'm the leader!" Sokka's voice, of course, cracks whilst saying this.
"Um...actually I'm older than you, Sokka." Kenshin points out.
"Well-- I'm still taller than you!", Sokka exclaims.
"But I'm still older." Kenshin chuckles.
"If anyone's the leader, it's Kenshin. I mean he is the Battotsai." Katara voted.
"Are you kidding? He's just a goofy swordsman that keeps saying Oro!"
"But you goof around too with all the girls you meet." Kenshin stated.
"Am not! I am a born leader!" Sokka corrects.
"Why do boys always think someone has to be the leader? I bet you wouldn't be so bossy if you kissed a girl." Katara smirks.
