Zeng Y/N's POV:

Waking up with a pounding headache was not fun but I was unsure of why I kept doing it to myself. I was determined to end my life the night before so, why was I still alive?

I sat up as my eyes adjusted to the room's light. The panic rushed over me. It was usually dark when I made my way to the company, meaning it was late.

I was about to get up when I heard a groan. I looked to the side and found the most unexpected person lying there. 

Bada Lee was in my bed...

Her eyes fluttered open and she smiled when she saw me sitting.

"Good morning," she said and stood up. "I will go get some painkillers and water. Stay here,"

I did just what she told me not because she told me but because I was trying to recall anything from the night before. I tried to speak but my mouth felt like I ate chalk and my head was still pounding.

"Here. Lin Fan left some soup for you as well. Eat up and drink this. We will talk later," she said and walked out of the room. I took the pills and chugged the water down. I ate half of the soup in the bowl and took a moment to nap.

When I woke up again, I was feeling better and I saw Bada sitting next to me. When I looked at her on her phone the scenes from the night before came flashing to my head.

Just as I made the decision to shoot, she showed up and scared me which made me point the gun at her. Then, I cried in her arms. Told her everything, and she told me she was not with Howl, and her words... they were something I didn't expect.

"Bada?" I said and she looked at me.

"Mh?" she asked and looked at me.

"Did you mean what you said last night? Are you willing to love me despite the horrible things I've done?" I asked. I expected her to look away but she didn't. She looked at me with the warmest smile.

"Yes, I did, with all my heart. I am willing to love you despite your past and I am willing to love you through your future," Bada said warming up my heart. I sat up and looked at her with a small smile.

I pressed my lips against hers and we engaged in a soft kiss. We stayed with our foreheads pressed against each other for a while.

*Time skips*

Bada and I had agreed on dating. We were girlfriends and I was finally starting to feel like life was worth living. Bada ended up moving in with Sowoen so I let Lin Fan and Keran use my car and I would ride with Bada and Sowoen.

I woke up before my alarm and got dressed. Before heading out, I made some coffee and took two drinks from the fridge. Sowoen and Bada were already waiting at the elevator and I walked up to them with a smile.

"Good morning, unnie!" Sowoen said as she waved. 

"How do you have so much energy at this hour?" Bada said with a sleepy face and I just giggled.

"Want some coffee?" I said and she nodded. I took a sip of my cup of coffee and made sure my lips got covered in the brown liquid before turning to Bada and I kissed her. 

Her face turned red and she had a silly grin on her face. 

"Unnie, I'm going to barf," I heard Sowoen say to me as she pushed my arm. I pulled Bada by the waist into the elevator and she just buried her face into my arm.
