Bada's POV:

Being in this company was unbearable every day. I felt like ripping my hair out every time the boss would call my name. I was overwhelmed by the amount of work I had to do with the artists and still give out classes for Keens Academy, Just Jerk Academy, and other dance studios as well.

Sleep deprived and barely eating was now my lifestyle and I would only survive with caffeine and tea. I would end up falling asleep in the lounge room.

It was around eight and it was one of the few days we got to leave work early. I sighed and grabbed my bag and Sowoen's. We walked to my car and I started driving to her place. This was my usual routine and I didn't mind because Sowoen was like a little sister to me.

When we arrived, I stopped the car and she was about to get off when she let out a gasp.

"I almost forgot! My mom visited yesterday and she left some things for you. Park the car and come on in," she said and I did.

We walked up to the apartment and she started looking through the fridge and pantry, placing several things in a box. I giggled at the amount of food her mom had left for me.

"She also told me to say thank you on her behalf. She is grateful to you for taking care of me since I moved here," Sowoen said and I smiled.

"You are my sister. You remind me so much of me when I was your age so of course I will take care of you," I ruffled her hair while she complained and tried to get me off her. A knock was heard on the door and I stopped what I was doing.

"Can you get that? I still need to find some clothes she got for you," she said and I nodded.

I walked to the door and opened it. I froze in my spot when I saw a tall girl with a black top and a dusty rose color suit. Taller than me...

I had a knot stuck in my throat and I couldn't stop looking at her. The way her makeup accentuated her features perfectly and her lips were so small yet plump.

"Who is it, Bada?" Sowoen shouted from the inside of her room.

"Oh... gosh, I'm really sorry. Come in," I said and let her in

"Oh! Y/N Unnie. I'm glad you had time to stop by. Come here. My mom left me so much food so I want to give you some for inviting me to your house," Sowoen started to pull a container of Kimchi and a pack of meat from the fridge.

"Why have you been so busy? You are barely at your house lately and I always see you arrive late," Sowoen questioned and I just stood there like a statue.

"I have been working on a very, very big project. I needed to go to so many places and revise for everything to be ready. I barely had time to come sleep here. I'll tell you more when it's ready," Y/N replied. Sowoen handed the things to her.

"Thank you for this. Tell your mom I said thanks and to stop by my house next time for some dinner," Y/N added and patted Soweoen on the head. Sowoen nodded and then Y/N turned to me and gave me a bright simile.

My entire body felt like it was burning up and somehow I managed to push that down and return the smile to her. Sowoen walked her to the door and I was finally able to move. I sat on the couch trying to calm down my heart rate.

"What was that?" Sowoen said causing me to look at her with a dumbfounded expression.

"what do you mean? what was what?" I asked and she narrowed her eyes before sitting next to me.

"Unnie, I am not stupid and you are most definitely not really good at hiding your emotions," she said and I sighed.

"Well, I guess it is about time I tell you the truth. You know how Howl is always flirting with me and asking me out?" I said and she nodded.
