Chapter 54: Professor Mommy

We walked in the marketplace with the biggest smiles on our faces, especially him. Caelan looked like he just won the lottery while my bag was on his shoulder, he was wearing it like a badge of honor. Meanwhile his other hand is holding mine tightly. He was wearing his Alumni cap backwards, he had it inside my bag and decided to wear it when we got out of the car.

He grabbed a cart and he pushed it around while he followed me. Inside the store, everybody was respectful of our privacy. Especially the employees, maybe it has something to do with the fact that he's quite literally the owner of this place.

Soon enough we were filling the cart with different stuff, mainly ChiChi's favorite kinds of food. We were now in the produce aisle. I was grabbing some fresh tomatoes when I saw him grab a cucumber with that smirk on his face.

"Mommy, mas malaki pa Títi ko dito—"

I grabbed the huge cucumber from him and said, "Shhh!"

He let out a belly laugh while he held my hips.

"Am I lying?"

My cheeks flustered and I shook my head.

"N-No. You're definitely way bigger than this." I admitted before I smacked him with the green fruit.

He chuckled again and pulled me closer to him.

Nang makauwi kami ay siya lahat ang nag-pasok sa bahay ng grocery bags, while he made me wait in his Lamborghini Urus since 'yon ang ipangsusundo namin kay ChiChi sa school. On the drive to our daughter's school, he was holding my hand habang nakahawak sa manibela ang isa.

Grabe, ang gwapo at ang angas niyang tingnan. His tattoos sexily snaked on his forearms while his long fingers were wrapped around the steering wheel of the car. The Lamborghini logo in the middle makes it look like he's modelling for the car.

While we were cruising down the highway, Freestyle's playing on his aux. My phone on my lap then made a 'ding' sound and I saw that it was a message from Tommy and my Auntie on Instagram.

Caelan didn't even react, he just seemed comfortable driving and holding my hand. Which is another plus pogi points for him.

I texted my Auntie first, she told me she has a business meeting in San Franciso later, she said she'll try to drop by and see her granddaughter. I then switched to Tommy and I's convo and replied to him. I got distracted a little bit and saw a post from Saigon University on my feed.

Hindi ko maiwasang mapangiti nang makita ko na sunod-sunod ang panalo ng soccer team ng S.U, my smile widened even more when I saw that the men's soccer team's coach is a woman.

"Honey, look at this." I showed him my screen when we stopped at a light.

He smiled when he saw the post.

"I'm glad that crooked coach is gone and that he's replaced by a woman." Iiling-iling kong sabi bago ko ibinaba ang cellphone ko sa console ng sasakyan.

He hummed and kissed my knuckles for a moment.

"I made sure that he was."

His former greedy coach who basically exploited him and that girl Bettany for publicity has been gone for a couple of years now thanks to Caelan. When he became successful, he made sure that that crooked coach would pay for what he's done to him and the other students.

Caelan told me that he exposed his bank records to show that he has been stealing money from the sport's group, and uncovered his other ill-mannered and unethical stuff he's been doing. Because of that he got fired from the school, got banned from ever coaching any school teams, and apparently got blacklisted in the job market.
