Ab jaaun kahan pey? Dil ruka hai wahan pey
Jahan dekh ke mujhe woh aagey barh gaya oye~

(Now where do I go,
my heart is there,
where she glance at me and moved ahead)

"Ufff Allah pass karwaadi izzat se! Itna mushkil questions mainney aaj tak nahi dekhen! Mujhe full yaqeen hain Sir Hammad ki apni biwi se ladayi huiwi hogi aaj!! Aisey questions koi poochta hai bhala!"

(Oh Allah, pass me with dignity! I've never seen such difficult questions before! I'm sure Sir Hammad must have had a fight with his wife today! Who asks such questions anyway!)

Today was her final OSPE of her last year, and she felt relieved. As she walked towards the hospital's canteen, she muttered to herself. She was never good at making friends on her own. However, when people approached her, she was so sweet that all their preconceived notions would disappear. She had only two friends in college, but they had been good company over the past four years. Her best friend, though, was Ansha.

The lavish canteen of her college was expansive. It was an open-air canteen with marble benches spaced a few meters apart. Being one of the early days of February, the sky was overcast with clouds, ready to burst at any moment. The wind from the western depression blew through her hair, tied in a low ponytail.

She sat in a secluded part of the canteen, where people couldn't easily see her. It was a spot often occupied by couples seeking privacy. Sipping her coffee, she messaged Zaviyaar.

Are you on your shift?

After a minute or two he replied,

Nah, I'm at home, wasn't feeling well!

What happened?

Just feeling a bit worn out from the hectic job.

Oh get well soon☺.

Thanks.

Inaya took a deep breath before taking a bite of her sandwich. She knew she would miss it, as she planned to do her house job at another hospital.

She was scrolling through her Instagram feed when she heard a man's loud chuckle. She glanced in the direction of the sound and saw four men wearing lab coats, indicating they were doctors.

She turned her attention back to her phone, but then a thought struck her: the man who had chuckled seemed familiar. She wondered if it was Zaviyaar. Thinking she might be mistaken, she glanced up again and saw three men and the back of one man. She strained to hear their conversation, trying to determine if she was right.
