Siege of Tralgaria: ACT 1

EXT. WESTWARD BADLANDS (TRALGARIA) - DAY

FINN, ROSE TICO, and REY are alone in the badlands. ROSE TICO sits on a rock holding a DH-17 blaster rifle. FINN stands with her. REY stands off alone facing the direction of Kaymoorn City, her eyes are closed. REY is wearing her poncho. ROSE TICO grows restless just sitting there, she looks down at her necklace and rubs it.

ROSE TICO
What is taking them so long?

FINN
Ola Kilto did say the siege could
slow her spies down.

ROSE TICO
I hate seeing a planet like this.

FINN
I know.

REY is sensing the violence coming from the city. FINN looks over at REY, he can tell she senses something terrible, he calls to her.

FINN
Rey... is everything alright?

REY
Violence, captivity,
subjugation... it's coming from
the Capital.

ROSE TICO
The First Order knows no other
way.

FINN looks back at ROSE TICO, he's sympathetic to her sadness. REY remains looking out, eyes closed.

REY
Something's coming.

A Tralgarian worker transport speeder comes from over the horizon and makes its way over to REY, FINN and ROSE TICO. In the speeder are four First Order Stormtroopers, they will be referred as "spies". FINN stands in front of ROSE TICO, guarding her.

SPY #1
It's dangerous out here, you must
be lost.

REY
Ola Kilto sent us.

SPY #2
We know.

ROSE TICO
What took you so long?

SPY #1
In case you forgot, we are at
war. That tends to slow things
down from time to time. Hop on.

REY, FINN, and ROSE TICO board the transport speeder. They ride off towards the mines of Kaymoorn.

CUT TO:

EXT. CITY OF KAYMOORN (TRALGARIA) - DAY

KYLO REN rides his four legged-reptile to just outside Kaymoorn City. He sees about ten First Order stormtroopers. They are taking cover behind a building. KYLO REN dismounts his creature and rubs his hand down its neck. The reptile runs off. One of the stormtroopers, FN-5437, sees KYLO REN and runs over to him.

The machines, we think they serve
the former Republic, their
invasion launched shortly after
our fueling station was
destroyed.

A portion of the building they're hiding behind explodes. Three of the Ten stormtroopers are on the ground wounded. FN 5437 turns around and looks at the damage, when he turns back, KYLO REN has ignited his lightsaber. He walks past the remaining seven stormtroopers.

KYLO REN
Two of you stay and tend to the
wounded. The rest follow me.

Five stormtroopers march behind KYLO REN and into the city streets. When they turn the corner they see that the streets are crawling with the Attsmun Industry Droids. KYLO REN immediately slashes through three Attsmun Industry Droids with one swing. He then lifts two more droids into the air with the force, he closes his fist and crushes both of them.
