Nagisa

I woke up to an annoying sound. Still half asleep I tried to locate my phone in order to shut it off. It was Sunday why would I set an alarm? The noise stopped and I almost was back in dreaming when it started again.
Kaede was calling me.
„Girl it's so early what is the matter?"

Kaedes voice was louder than expected and I had to put the phone a little further. „It's 11am Nagisa you are usually up by now. Anyways let's meet at the café!!"

I could have imagined a smother start of the day but at least I was awake now. Wich also caused the happenings of yesterday to come to realisation. God how emberassing I changed infront of Karma. The clothes were still laying on the floor. I only barely remember him tucking me in. He will tease me with that forever.

„Are you better? I thought you were sick"
I asked probably still with a groggy voice.

Kaede was better. In fact so good that she wanted to meet as soon as possible.
Ironic that she was late but that's how I knew her.
After ordering and talking a little about school she layed down her fork. „Now tell me everything about the party, the girls where acting all mysterious and asked me about you, what was going on"
She seemed very curious I know that being sick to such an event was terrible for a social butterfly like her.
„It was fine mostly. Terasakas group showed up an first they tried to kick them out but they turned out to be relatively nice that day. Terasaka has a very wild and uh.. special music taste but that was fun."
Kaede nodded
„More, tell me more"
„The girls tried to send a fake love confession to you, thats probably why they were acting weird"
Kaede laughed. It was nothing new to her that people assumed that we were a good match.
„I didn't receive anything but trust me I wouldn't belive something like that. Come on nagisa as if you'd ever have the guts to confess to anyone"
She was right about that and she didn't have to mention that I wasn't into her. We knew and I know that she really appreciated our friendship.
„Also I would have to turn you down Nagi, the only one I consider as suiting for me is a certain redhead", she giggled but her expression changed in an instant.
„Omg you will not belive this! First it was just on a fanpage but now a magazine has printed it too", she searched her bag for a teen magazine.
„It's super fresh news, you will not belive it!", she repeated. She turned the pages to an article titeled with ‚last minute tea' and pointed to a picture. I was still reading the caption ‚Karmas girlfriend?' I know there were always rumors like that but this time it felt different. Maybe because he didn't share it with me or maybe because- „they look so loveydovey and I bet he took the break because of her"
The picture showed a beach. The quality wasn't the best but you could clearly identefy karma pushing someone onto the sand and staring at them.
It was me.
I looked at kaede in slight shock. „I know right! There were theories like that, but I thought he'd be more honest so why did he make up all that break stuff and also who tf is that girl. No shame nagi I think blue is a wonderful hair colour but don't you think it looks aesteticaly unpleasing next to his red. Green would be so much better!"
She keept on talking and I was wondering how she didn't recognize me in the picture. Yes I was covered a little and looked like a girl but she knew me. „Kaede, It's me"

„What?"

I took a deep breath

„It's me in the picture. I befriended Karma"

Karma

Yesterday was amazing. Just great. It felt so fresh and it was do fun to spend time with my friend. He was so adorable when he was sleepy. Just like when I saw him for the first time too bad I didn't take any pictures. His hair was so much more vibrant im real life and god it felt smoth. I should have made more excuses to touch it. Even though Nagisa didn't seem to like being close. What a shame. His hair is amazing and don't get me started on the eyes. Really pulled me in a zone. His eyes were so mesmerizing. How can someone smile so slightly and decently and make me shiver with their gaze at the same time?

I just sat there
Thinking about yesterday. The whole day I was at another place. As I went for a walk I didn't realize the music stopped because I was so lost in thought. Almost got hit by a bike and one time tripped over a pavement.
He should really get a better mic. His voice is amazing
We should meet up again soon. I'm glad the distance is relativly short but I'd preffer being his neighbour.
Tonight we will call again. Or chat. I wonder what he thinks about yesterday.

Kaede took it well. I promised her to introduce them if she didn't tell anyone. The fact that I had liked karmas content for years had shocked her more.
„But you never even cared about all the gossip"
She wondered

„Still don't", I said but I knew that if karma himself would want to tell me any I'd be all ears.

„When will the two of you meet again?"

I didn't have an answer to that and was asking myself If there would be another time at all as I was sitting in my room. Kaede gave me the magazine and I was staring at our picture. I don't remember him being that close to me.

Karma was streaming and casually talking to his viewers. He has gained even more followers there since it was the only content he was doing. ‚Watching your stream!', I texted.
I watched karma read the message, smile and wave to the camera.
‚Have you seen that rumor xD'
I added but he was focusing on the game.
Later he replied:
‚no the chat has been talking about smth but idc really y do u?'

As he was about to go offline a donation came in. „What is going on with you and the bluhaired girl?"
He looked baffled.
After a quick research he laughed.
„Omg you guys"
Why was he so chill about it?
„I don't have a girlfriend, that's a boy. Normalize boys with long hair please it looks great"
I was glad he got rid of it and slightly hoped that he was reffering to me looking good with my hair.
„Now that you know I will go offline, Had a great time and live yall!!"

A few seconds later Karma called me

„Heyy nagi, haven't called in a while", his voice was a bit softer than in his stream.
„Hey karma, do you want to play something"
It was quiet for a while
„Later. I never realized how bad your mic is"
„Excuse me, it has great quality and you can understand me perfectly fine", I was stubborn.
„Yes but It changes your voice like your tone yk"
„That's not a valid reason to get a new mic tho" I said. „It's not like anyone would hear it you're the only one I'm calling"
„Oh you wouldn't do that for me?"
Karma teased.
„Is it really that big of a difference?"

„Yes, you seem so far away"

He sounded sounflitered as he said that. I only stared at my desktop.

Update bcs I want to continue this no matter what. I hope the grammar is okay.
