"I-" I start but I hear a door fly open. Shouting and yelling fills the room. Both Travis and I freeze. I peak through the stuff behind me. I try to look for the armed people but I can only hear them.

"Do you see and exit or something that could be an exit?" I ask him. Travis starts looking around. He gets up and sneaks around looking.

"There is no exit unless we can get up to those windows." Travis says pointing to the windows maybe twenty feet high.

"Great." I comment. "Our pistols won't be enough to get out of here." I say to him. He nods.

"Here." he gives me the amulet. "Put it in your fanny pack." I nod and take it. Before I put it in my fanny pack I see the walkie.

"Do you want to call for backup?" I ask

"If we wish to live this place alive." Travis says. I drop the amulet in my fanny pack and take out the walkie.

"Here, you can call HQ with that. But give it a minute, they still don't know where we are." I say. Travis nods and clips the walkie on his belt. I hold my pistol ready for them just in case. I peak over again and immediately regret it. I make eye contact with a bulky bearded armed man. I drop down. Travis notices and speaks up.

"What?" Travis says tensing up. Before i can answer a man yells.

"Over there!!"

"I think you know." I say my voice sounding strained.

"Should I-" Travis starts. Bullets flying in our direction. Both of us slump down hiding from their aim.

"Call HQ?" I finish for him. "Maybe. Or do you want to wait a few minutes?" I ridicule.

"Okay calling now." Travis says taking off the walkie from his belt. I peak up and see the same guy. I pull up my pistol and shoot hitting right in the right. He falls to the ground.

"Hello? Anyone there? This is agent GZ2468TW and GZ3427MP. We are in the need of backup. We are located at the Rainbow Raiders Warehouse." Travis says into the walkie.

"Agents GZ2468TW and GZ3427MP you are not on a mission. Why are you there?" a woman answers. I continue shooting anyone I can without getting shot myself.

"Getting back an amulet you couldn't handle getting." Travis snaps. I know Travis is being extra so the woman will send people as fast as possible. I know this because I overheard the mission to retrieve the amulet was under way, and I left before that mission could be activated since I want to be the one to bring it back.

I move around more just in case someone is getting too close. And of course I was right. Thankfully I thought about that when I did. A couple more minutes pass before the woman comes back on the walkie.

"Backup is being sent to you. Hey with arrive within a half hour."

"Tell them to speed up!" Travis snaps. I notice a man near Travis taking aim. I shoot before he can even aim right.

"Agents!" the woman yells. She must think Travis has been shot.

"We are alive. For now at least." Travis says muttering the last part just loud enough for her to hear.

"Backup will be there within a twenty minute marker." the woman responds.

"Understood." Travis replies. He then turns off the walkie.

"Great now grab your pistol and start a rapid fire of something!" I tell Travis.

"Okay." Travis responds and does so. He takes off his pistol and starts shooting in their direction. It works how I hoped it would. The armed forces run drop, or anything they can do to escape.

"Be careful with how many bullets you are using." I add.

"Got it." Travis says.

After a couple minutes of barely escaping death. More yelling and shooting is heard but not from here, from outside. Suddenly more flood the Warehouse, but they are agents. After they handle everything and everyone we come out of our hiding place.

"Agents! What are you thinking?! A mission to retrieve the amulet was underway!" a male agent yells at us. I pull out the amulet from my fanny pack

"I was thinking: by the time that agent actually left the amulet would've been long gone." I say.

"Sounds like you deserve most of the credit." Travis says to me directed towards the agent. I smile. We head out meeting the other agents outside.
