Act 9: The Birth Of Spider-Man

A montage starts with Peter and Ben working on a new suit with Peter sketching in his pad drawing a bunch of costume ideas while building a new web shooter, Ben is mixing chemicals for the webbing in a glass until foam starts forming then rises to the top spilling out of the glass, Ben and Peter freaks out running out the room

EXT. ATLANTA GEORGIA - MIDDAY

Peter swings through the city in another sweatsuit while civilians around sees him

CIVILIAN
It's spider-man?

Peter zooms through the city while the scene transitions back to Peter's room, Ben is sitting on the bed while Peter is at his desk working on his web shooters

BEN
How was the test run?

PETER
The nozzle needs to be tightened some more but other than that it's good.

Peter puts his tools down then attempts to activate the web shooter but then gets shocked on his finger

PETER
(Over Exaggerated)
FU..

EXT. ATLANTA, GEORGIA - TOP OF THE PONCE CITY MARKET BUILDING - NIGHTTIME

Peter and MJ sit on the edge of the building reading comic books and drawing, the night sky is peaceful and vibrant with its dark blue color from the lights of the city.

MJ
This is a nice night out, why this place? SkyView is eight minutes away.

PETER
Wanted to be closer to the sky I guess, clear my head.

MJ
(Jokingly)
And you chose the edge of a building, what if we fall?

PETER
(Half serious)
I'll catch you if you fall.

MJ
*Laughing* That's a funny joke. *Getting off the edge* come take my photo by the sign.

Peter also gets off the ledge pulling out his phone to take MJs picture. The color of the market sign gives Peter an idea for the color scheme of the suit. Back in Peter's room he's completing a sketch of his suit he'll be making, putting the marker down he holds up the sketch in amazement

INT. ATLANTA, GEORGIA - DAYTIME

The montage continues with peter swinging through the city in his new suit he swings so fast he's like a red and blue blur

EXT. STREET SIDE - ATLANTA GEORGIA - MIDDAY

MUGGER
GIVE ME YOUR MONEY!

CIVILIAN
(Complying)
Ok, just don't hurt me!

The civilian gives him his wallet, a web from above takes the weapon out of the muggers hand then strings him up by another web, the civilians head movement indicates that Peter has jumped down from where he was

SPIDER-MAN
(Out of frame)
Here's your wallet back.

Spider-man gives the guy back his wallet

CIVILIAN
Thanks but what about him?

The mugger struggles to get free from the webs

SPIDER-MAN
It'll be a while before he comes down, see ya.

The civilians watches spider-man swing away, as Peter swings with a bag in his hand he lands on a building parkouring his way to the other side

(In Peters earpiece)
It looks like spider-man is wearing what the kids nowadays are calling "drip" Now I don't know what drip means but everyone is starting to like what he's wearing, I for one think that he's better off in the circus! And to make matters worse he has also put his phone number out there to anyone in trouble, newsflash wall crawler we already have a number it's 9-1-1! I said it once and I'll say it again if you want to help be a cop!
