Act 4: Damsel in Distress

INT. MJ RESIDENTS - LIVING ROOM - EVENING

Commotion uproars in the living room as MJ's father has been drinking and has became violent towards his wife and daughter

MJS MOTHER MADELINE
(Scared)
Please leave you're nothing but a bad influence and a burden!

PHILLIP
(Drunk and angry)
We'll see who's a burden!

MJ jumps on her fathers back to try to divert his attention away from her mother

MADELINE
(Talking to Phillip)
Don't hurt her!

MJ covers Phillips eyes with her hands

PHILLIP
(Enraged)
GET OFF ME!

Phillip backs into a wall harming MJ in the process, MJ drops to the ground, Phillip grabs Madeline just to slap her to the ground

PHILLIP
(Talking to MJ)
You know what happens now.

MJ
(Backing away from Phillip)
Go to hell you pervert!

Phillip gets closer to MJ, she swings at Phillip but he grabs her wrist in time so he doesn't get hit, Phillip grabs MJ by the neck choking her against the same wall he backed into

PHILLIP
Open wide.

Before Phillip does the worst Peter comes from around the corner with a homemade mask on, Phillip sees Peter and it catches him off guard

PETER
(Standing in front of Phillip)
And what is going on here?

PHILLIP
Who the hell are you?

PETER
You know I wish I could tell you but I don't even know myself, by the way. It took me sooo long to get here.

Phillip let's go of MJ then starts fighting Peter in the kitchen, MJ falls to the ground catching her breath

INT. MJS KITCHEN - EVENING

PETER
(Talking to Madeline while fighting)
Get your daughter and go, I got this!

Madeline helps MJ up, MJ and Madeline runs into the bathroom then locks the door Phillip tries to go after them but Peter bum rushes him, throwing him off his feet

PETER
Come on Phillip, you're drunk I don't wanna have to hurt you.

Phillip quickly gets up then throws Peter to a wall

PHILLIP
(Angry)
Who do you think you are? Coming into my house, fighting me on how to take care of my family!

PETER
I wouldn't be here if you didn't treat your wife as a punching bag and your daughter as some piece of meat, how's that taking care of your family?

Peter tries to walk towards Phillip but Peters fingers are sticking to the wall behind him

PETER
Oh come on!

PHILLIP
(Pulling out a knife)
Having some trouble?

As Peter attempt to get his hand unstuck he's unaware that Phillip pulled out a knife, Peters sense go off, he turns around to see Phillip charging towards him getting ready to stab him, Peter retaliates by kicking him in the stomach the impact of the kick sends Phillip flying to the ground

PETER
(Astonished)
WHOA I'm strong!

While Phillip is on the ground he coughs up blood from the kick, Peters hand unsticks from the wall
