Goblin follows spider-man through an unfinished building evading tight areas and incoming projectiles that gets thrown at him, goblin attempt to get spider-man as he tries to move through the building but he manages to web Goblin to his glider then maneuver his way onto the glider
GOBLIN
GET OFF MY GLIDER!
Spider-Man grabs both ends of the glider with his webs
SPIDER-MAN
Let's see if I know how to drive this thing!
Spider-Man bends the glider slightly taking Goblins and himself on a rocky ride
GOBLIN
Are you trying to get yourself killed?!
SPIDER-MAN
It just takes some getting used to that's all. *Sees the power pack* What will happen if I do this?
Spider-Man accidentally uses his super strength to stomp on the glider's power pack to which it starts overheating and jets its way to Skyline Park. Goblin breaks one of his arms free then throws his last bomb hitting spider-man off the glider, spider-man crash lands on the rooftop as he tumbles, Goblins jetpack shuts off while quickly descending
GOBLIN
(Shouting commands)
Detach!
The jetpack doesn't respond , Goblin tries to get the jetpack off but it's stuck on his back. Goblin forces off the fasteners and webs but he crashes into the SideShow building, the jetpack crashes onto the corners of the rooftop causing it to explode slowly creating a fire wall around the building.
SPIDER-MAN
Ben call the fire department for the park!
BEN
You got it, Where's Harry?
Goblin slowly and menacingly walks out of the building he crashed into
SPIDER-MAN
Right in front of me.
EXT. SKYLINE PARK ROOFTOP - ATLANTA, GEORGIA - NIGHTTIME
Spider-man gets up off the floor
GOBLIN
(Taking off his mask)
Race against the flames Spidey, one of us is getting off this building alive. No air combat, no web swinging and no jetpacks, let's end this, you and me!
SPIDER-MAN
For once you and I are on the same page!
From friends now turned enemies. Peter and Harry are fighting at the park while everything is on fire, Goblin and Spider-man are both evenly matched with their enhanced strength and agility
SPIDER-MAN
(While fighting)
You don't look too good, wanna stop?
Goblin throws a razorbat at spider-man but he dodges it
GOBLIN
Not til you do.
SPIDER-MAN
I've got my second wind, I'm all warmed up!
GOBLIN
Well then we might as well even the score!
Goblin pulls out another GG-24 syringe getting ready to inject himself
SPIDER-MAN
HARRY DON'T!
Goblin injects himself with the GG-24, after injecting himself he drops the syringe then starts grunting in pain as his entire body is enhanced with the formula
SPIDER-MAN
You gotta be kidding me.
MAY
(On earpiece)
What's happening?
Goblin looks at Spider-man with murderous intent
SPIDER-MAN
Harry injected himself...
Goblin starts walking towards Spider-man
SPIDER-MAN
(Continued)
This is probably gonna hurt, give me a second.
Spider-man starts walking towards Goblin, as they're walking closer getting ready to fight again Goblin stops in his tracks grabbing his chest
SPIDER-MAN
(Confused)
Wait, aren't we supposed to be fighting?
Goblin drops to the his knees dripping blood from his mouth and nose
SPIDER-MAN
(Realizing)
You're OD'ing!
Spider-man runs over to Goblin checking his pulse on his neck as he falls to the ground
SPIDER-MAN
(Kneeling down)
Stay with me!
Spider-man tries to resuscitate Goblin but he's not responding
SPIDER-MAN
(Panicked)
Come on Harry!
The flames are getting closer to Spider-man and Goblin, Peter is continuing to resuscitate Harry
BEN
The flames are getting closer, you gotta get out of there!
Spider-man picks up Goblins lifeless body
SPIDER-MAN
(Talking to himself)
Hopefully I have enough webs to get to where I'm going.
Spider-man jumps off the rooftop before it gets engulfed in flames
INT. OSCORP - NORMANS OFFICE - NIGHTTIME
Norman sits in his office at his desk looking out the window keeping track of the situation on the news
DANIKA HART
(On Norman's Phone)
Witnesses around the area have seen Spider-man swinging away from the scene with who is believed to be The Goblin in his arms, their whereabouts are unknown at this time
Norman turns off the podcast, the office door opens and spider-man walks in carrying Harry's body
NORMAN
If you're coming back thank me about the antidote *Turning around* I don't..
Norman sees Spider-man putting Harry down on the couch
NORMAN
(Getting up)
Harry.
SPIDER-MAN
He injected himself with more of that stuff, I tried to resuscitate him but I couldn't save him in time.
NORMAN
(Looking at Harry's dead body)
This is all my fault.
SPIDER-MAN
(Surprised)
Whatcha say? Cuz it kinda said it was your fault.
NORMAN
This is my own doing, I interfered with his plans to further test the serum that he was affected to, if I just gave him more time maybe his fate would've been different.
SPIDER-MAN
(Guilty)
I had my part to play in this too. Obviously, I came to terms with it awhile ago and the fact that it took you this long proved to me that you never saw him as a son but just one of your employees. That's really low..
Spider-man walks to the door then looks back at Norman
SPIDER-MAN
(Continued)
And if you or any of your secret agents come after me or my family, I'll come back.
NORMAN
(Threatening)
How dare you kill my only son and threaten me like this? Do you know who I am? One phone call and your life will be in shambles by dinner time! Is that what you want?
SPIDER-MAN
(Heated)
Call whoever you want cuz I do now.
Spider-man leaves the office leaving Harry with Norman
NORMAN
(Vengeful)
Your death won't be in vain, Peter will pay for this!
Norman takes his phone out and calls an unknown number
NORMAN
Give me a few hours and I'll be on the way. Time to negotiate!
