6- Creating a nation and its first residents

"I will be creating a nation here and I will be naming it 'Dragon Nation'." Rimuru replied calmly.

Veldora was surprised and asked, " Do you really want to create a nation here nee chan?"

" You can also choose someone strong in the world to make yourself be seen as a powerful figure. Just like Velzard nee and Velgrynd nee did."

" I do not require any assistance from any strong being and no one is strong enough for me." Rimuru replied in a neutral tone.

" Are you really so strong sister? " Veldora asked doubtfully but shut up when glared by Rimuru.

<I am back Mistress. Was it lonely without me? You are not happy.>

A voice was heard in Rimuru's mind. It was the Manas: Ciel who has returned or more specifically she was now awake from her slumber just like Rimuru was.

'Yeah it was lonely. You checked my memories didn't you? You already know why I am not in good mood.'

<That I do know. Your decision to revive him later is truly a good decision. I support it as your wife.>

'Haha... You really are my wife. No need to show it off to me. No one else knows do they?'

<Yes. No one knows. Not even Velzard or Veldanava.>

This conversation took place in a fraction of a second and not even Veldora noticed any change as Rimuru was very efficient in multitasking.

"I will control my powers to create a clean area between the forest. You need to guard the area so that no one trespassed Veldora. If you do I will reward you. But if you fail, you will go through punishment." Rimuru completed her conversation with Ciela and then assigned Veldora his task.

After Rimuru cleared the area, Veldora spread his aura and restricted anyone who could come to the area.

A majestic and magnificent castle was built in the middle and the borders were surrounded with high walls made of very strong metals. Rimuru didn't this effortlessly.

She could have used the best materials but decided against it because if she did then it would not show the vulnerability she needed to life the attackers to her capital.

The capital city was to be made near the castle. The homes and the city needed to be built but Rimuru also needed residents for his country.

He went around and found a large Goblin village which was being attacked by the Orcs. The Goblins and the Direwolves were fighting against the Orcs together.

A direwolf and a Goblin slightly different from all were in the middle and the highest platform on their side and shouting. They were giving out orders to fight against the Orcs.

The Orcs were mercilessly attacking and killing the Direwolves and the Goblins. Rimuru thought they would make up good residents and their teamwork is good.

He went to the two who were shouting orders and used his skill 'Universal Language Comprehension' to talk to them.

"Do you need help?"

They were startled but soon saw a human with blue hair standing near them and no one was attacking him and bypassing him as if he was invisible to them.

"Who are you human? You need to run away. This is a battlefield not a playground for ladies."

"And what help can you exactly give us? You are all alone and you expect us to believe that you can help us in any way?"

Rimuru was not agitated by their comments but was quite impressed that they showed both compassion and has analysed the situation without directly attacking her.

" Me? I can help you but you need to become the residents of the country I am creating. If you accept, I can deal with every single or for you within a second."

" You sure bluff some ridiculous stuff. A weak human like you dares to claim such boldly. Show me what can you do? I will accept being your resident." The Goblin leader replied.

"If you can defeat those orcs within a second then that means you are very strong and much stronger than us. I will accept your offer." The Direwolf leader calmly stated while still keeping an eye on the battlefield.

"Oh okay." Rimuru clicked her fingers and the Orcs standing there started to fall one by one. The Goblins and Direwolves were very confused at what happened.

Everyone had the same question, 'How did all the Orcs die so suddenly? Did someone sneak attack? Are we being attacked by something powerful?'

Everyone looked at their leaders for this battle. The leaders were looking at the human who had clicked her fingers and an unbelievable scene had occured.

The leaders bowed in unison, "We will be happy to be under your guidance."

They relayed the information that they had a new master now to their people.

"Hmm you two are leaders, let's just give you two a proper name to distinguish you."

"Are you sure mistress? "

"I am quite sure. " Rimuru replied.

After a few seconds. Rimuru named them.

"From now on, you the Goblin Leader, will be called Ark."

"You the Direwolves leader will be called Fenrir."

They happily accepted their names. Ark and Fenrir evolved from their current races and to a unique race, a new one.

Fenrir evolved into a World wolf while Ark evolved into a Goblin Sovereign.

<Mistress. You named them and now they evolved. Will you be naming any more?>

'No. This is just enough. I also need to keep a balance on who I shall name and not everyone could be named.'

'Are you jealous Ciel that I named them. Since I named you too they have become existence same as you?'

<Actually yes Mistress. I don't like them being in the same Rank as me.>

'Dony worry. I named them but you are very special existence to me, my Wife.'

Rimuru created a teleportation circle and then told them to gather everything they needed to move from there to a new place.

Within an hour, the two tribes had brought everything that they needed and Rimuru activated her teleportation circle.

Everyone felt a wave of dizziness and a bright white light enveloped them. They disappeared from the place where they were originally standing on and then reappeared in an area which was completely clean.

A castle stood in the middle and there were walls surrounding all the four sides. They were like a rat trapped in a cage.
