"WAKE UP!!! WAKE UP!!! WAKE UP!!!"
The dreadful sound of my alarm echoes through my ears. With a groan, I sit up and get out of bed. I look out of my big, white bordered window for a while, watching the little moving figures rushing around the mildly busy streets.

The sun is shining merrily down on the lively city of Seoul, although it is -4 degrees outside. I reach my hands and press open the window, the cold, breezy town air entering my room.

Today is a Saturday, so I have a free day from studying, thank goodness. I decided last night that I wanted to go shopping for some new winter outfits to reduce my stress, but I don't even know if I have enough money for a drink from the convenience store.

I check my bank account quickly, and to my surprise, there was a whole lot more money in there than I thought. A whole lot more.

Confused, I check my recent transactions, and I see that my great aunt Micha had sent me some extra cash for an early Christmas present. Thank you Aunt Micha!

I walk over to my wardrobe and dress my slim body into my plain, basic sweatpants and hoodie combo. Classic but comfortable.

I leave my room slouching. It is too early in the morning for this, I would have slept in but mum wants me to clean up the kitchen as last night I attempted to make pancakes, but it miserably backfired. And by backfired, I mean that there are multiple huge splotches of pancake batter on the walls.

Don't ask me how it happened, because I don't know either.

LATER ON

My hands are heavy with the weight of the seven shopping bags I am carrying. I walk through the bustling centre, directing myself towards the Prada store just on the corner.

I am almost there, when one of the loaded bags starts to slip from my hand. I look down at the bag, and leave it to slip whilst I walk. 'I can fix it when i get inside the store', I think to myself.

Now only a few steps from the front entrance, and my bag is on the tips of my fingers, my hands starting to ache from straining them so much.

Unable to hold the bag up anymore, I attempt to move my other bags to my other hand so I can fix the falling one, still walking.

As I fiddle with my bags, I start to get closer to a pair of legs moving towards me. I keep walking, as my brain hasn't processed yet that there is a person walking straight in my direction.

Sooner or later, we collide into each other, and I lose my balance and fall forwards into the figure. My bags fly out of my hands, and all the contents start spilling out.

"Oh my god I am so sorry, I should have been looking where I was going! I am so embarrassed right now, I am soo sorry!" I exclaim as I rush to the floor to clean up my spilled bags without looking at the person, too embarrassed to show common politeness.

"Dont worry about it, I should have moved out of the way too," replies the stranger.

The stranger's voice sounds familiar. It was a semi-deep, calm voice of a man. I pause as my facial expression changes from embarrassed to  confused. 'It can't be..' I think to myself. After a few seconds, I snap out of my questioning mind, un-freeze and continue shoving my new clothes back into their bags, brushing off my confusion.

I hurry to finish picking up all of my shopping, when I feel a tap on the shoulder. I turn my head swiftly, my puzzled face showing up again.

All of a sudden, my expression drops.

"Aera, long time no see." Says the man, a smirk growing on his face. His long, dark hair is like an elegant black swan flowing through the water, and his oversized obsidian hoodie adds to his mysterious appearance. His left hand is reached out, inviting me to grab on to it. "Need a hand..?" He asks politely. I take his hand cautiously, my eyes sharp, fixated on his face as he pulls me up from the floor.
