I flip over the test sheet, and take one quick look through the pages, reading each question. I'm fucked.'What part of an animal cell is the site of respiration?'
I stare at the question for a while, feeling my brain slowly start to combust. I am most definitely going to be unemployed when I'm older.
I try my hardest to remember what Hyunjin had taught me previously, retracing back my memories. If only I could bring him into the exam with me, my life would be so much easier. But I guess we can't all get what we want.

Finally, the exam comes to an end, and I get up off my uncomfortable, tacky blue chair to walk out of the room. The whooping great hour and forty-five minutes of torture is over. I'm freed. Or, so I thought. I still have three more tests today, which makes me want to jump off a cliff just thinking about the horrible, enormous exam rooms with thousands of desks just sat there, waiting for innocent children to sit in their chairs, so they can be tormented for two whole hours.
"Aera!!" Yells a jolly sounding voice coming from behind me. I can recognise that voice from anywhere.
"Felix!! How was the test?" I exclaim, turning to rush over to him.
"It was okaay! I mean, I think I did okay anyways.." He beams, his eyes sparkling like fireworks in the night sky. "What about you?"
"I'm not sure. Biology is my weakest subject, so I probably won't do too well. But it's okay!"
We walk down the crowded corridors of the school, steering towards the nearest exit. It was insanely busy inside today, mainly because of the exams that are taking place in the school grounds.
Both of us seat ourselves down under a tree that is pretty much stripped of it's leaves. That's one downside of winter, the pretty colours fade away.
Felix and I talk for a while, as my mood increases just simply being in his presence. He has that effect on people. Soon enough, the bell goes, and we both part ways, going to where we need to be, which, for me, is back at the exam hall.

FRIDAY
Test week is finally over. In all honesty, I think I actually did a lot better than I thought I did towards the start of the week. As each day went past, I think the tests got a little easier, or maybe it was the fact that Hyunjin and I had been meeting up at the cafe every day after school to study together.
Hyunjin has been a great help towards basically tutoring me for these exams. I owe him a lot, especially if I pass in biology. I really hope I have.

I bite into my apple as I sit on the side of my bed, the crunchiness of the shiny, red fruit making my heart flutter a little. I know it sounds dramatic, but apples are my life. I am addicted to them.
I am spending the rest of my afternoon with my boyfriend, so that means I have to get ready. I place my apple down on my bedside cabinet, walking over to my wardrobe, that has clothes spewing out at the bottom. I should probably clean it sometime soon..
I throw on a small cropped top with some very baggy sweatpants, spray some perfume on my wrists and neck, before picking up my apple again and hurrying down the stairs. I walk past the living room on my way to the front door, my mother sitting on the sofa, again, watching the TV, completely oblivious to the world around her.
Walking down the roads of Seoul is quite relaxing when it's not pitch black, and there are massive creeps everywhere you go. I inhale deeply, taking in the chilly atmosphere around me. It's not long before I'm back inside the warmth now, I'm only a few steps away from the entrance of the apartment block.
Knock knock.
I wait patiently outside the door numbered '36', before a handsome looking man comes to open it.
"Aera.. it's nice to see you." Heeseung chuckles as he pulls me out of the hallway into a tight hug, shutting the door behind me.
"Nice to see you too, I've missed you."
He leads me over to his bedroom down the hall, before sitting us both down on his bed.
"How was your day?" I rest myself up against his bed frame, getting comfortable.
"It was aight, what about yours?" He shuffles up to sit by my side, his hand reaching over to rest on my thigh.
We talk for a little while, just small talk, and then we begin to sit in silence. I look around his bedroom, examining the various red and white decorations, but mostly red. This guy obviously has a favourite colour.
Out of the blue, Heeseung asks me, a miniscule smirk beginning to form on his chiselled face. "So.. what do you wanna do?"
"I don't know.. you have anything in mind?" I answer back, as I look down at his hand, which is still on my thigh, his thumb caressing it gently.
"Well," he starts. I perk my head up a little to see Heeseung, his mischevious expression growing wider as he speaks. "I do have something you could do for me.."
I raise an eyebrow, as I see him take his hand off my thigh, and over to the zipper of his jeans. Where is he going with this.
Heeseung looks up at me, then back down at his crotch. "Come on Aera, I'm waiting."
I scoff awkwardly, trying my hardest not to look down at his.. area. I don't particularly want to be doing this right now.
"What are you waiting for, come on." Heeseung brings his hand over to the back of my neck, pulling my head down towards him a little, but I resist his force, and brave up the courage to tell him to stop.
"Hee, I don't want to do this right now, I'm sorry.." I state timidly, and I slightly flinch with fear as I feel Heeseung's grip on my neck tighten.
"Do it, now." His voice grows more demanding and intimidating. I swallow loudly, thinking quickly how I'm going to get out of this situation. Fuck my life.
But, before I can think any further, Heeseung forces me down, and I can't resist his tight hold much longer. I have to give in and just do it.
