(22) The Day before Tomorrow: Proposal

All the misunderstanding of rain and phayu have been all cleared and it's all because of sky and prapai's plan, rain and phayu never knew this planned of them. Sky and prapai never told it to them and zippered their mouths about it. They were so happy after they reconcile another thing that their plan succeed too.

Night sky came but phayu and rain stayed their favorite place to be alone with each other, rain also wanted to see those beautiful stars much closer. together with phayu, of course.

"I wonder why stars only shows up at night" rain wander. Phayu got distracted by what rain said "why do you wanna know?" He asked, he turned his eyes back in the book he's reading. "Nothing. I am just curious"

"Btw, I heard you were on your first year of college, what course did you choose?" Asked phayu. "Currently studying BFA" he replied. "You're into arts?" Rain nodded he turned his gaze in phayu. "How about you?"

"I am homeschooled" rain somehow peity phayu. "So you never experience face to face classes?" Phayu's hakedn his head. "I was homeschooled from the start" rain sat on his knees "how's being homeschool like?"

"When you're homeschooled. There's actually someone PERSONALLY who will teach you the exact lesson on what grade are you. It's one on one class, you could say" he replied. "That must be a curse studying alone" rain reply a little negative.

On the middle of their conversation, a group of fireflies appeared flying around rain, the fireflies seems taken a like of rain. "Wow!" Rain stood up, leaving the book upsidedown. the fireflies still surrounds him flying over and around him. Phayu spectate rain. He was like a kid who's first time seeing fireflies around.

"Aren't there any fireflies at your place before?" Phayu wander.

That's his cue, he let rain continue playing and laughing on the fireflies as he also ready himself.

"Rain" phayu called to got his attention. he turned and saw phayu. His eyes are wide open after he saw him holding a red box and a ring was sitting on the middle. One of his legs are kneeling down, his eyes are focused on him only.

"Love is just a meaningless word on my own dictionary but now I know what love is, thanks to you, You gave my meaningless life a reason to living, you brought joy and happiness to my life. Now I am here to repay for all of that. Varain Noeul Nuttarat, the love of my life and the most special person in my heart... Let me have a place inside your heart, let me be the person who will take care of you until the day I die. I'll show you the path and a long time happiness that you deserve. A continuously tears fall of his eyes, it can be stop even he weep those. Rain can't puzzle what he's felt or what's happening to him, he can almost feel all of emotions because of the sudden proposal of phayu. Rain himself didn't imagine that one day phayu will kneel infront of him and saying sweet words that will definitely melt his heart any second. He didn't think that phayu will be doing this, he didn't think that phayu will effort just to propose to him even thou it's simple but it will be memorable for both of them, Especially rain.

"Phayu..."

"Yes?"

A silent surrounds them. Phayu become worried, he wander why rain didn't answer immediately. "I am rejected? Does that mean no?" He wandered more. Rain notice phayu but he just smiled at him, throwing himself to him. He move himself closer to his ears and said...
