Lachlan's POV

I stood dressed in a black tux at the arch of a small forest wedding. My breathing was shallow and uneven, and as I tried to contain my heart from beating out of my chest, the piano began to play and all my attempts crumbled.

My jaw quivered as I turned and watched Vikk with his white tux walking down the aisle of pink petals. The small crowd of people stood in respect as Mitch led Vikk down the middle of the chairs.

My smile burned, tears collapsing down my cheeks out of happiness as I watched the one I loved walk down the aisle with cherry blossoms fluttering through the air. Mitch handed Vikk over as they neared me, and Vikk took his stand in front of me, his hands in mine and held out between us.

I let out a shuddering breath, eyes blurred with overjoyed tears as I looked into Vikk's sparkling brown orbs. He looked absolutely stunning standing before me, his face shining under the sunlight.

"Do you, Lachlan Power, take this man, Vikkram Barns, to be your lawfully wedding husband; to promise to be to him a loving and loyal husband, to cherish and keep him in sickness and in health; and forsaking all others, to be faithful only to him as long as you both shall live?" The priest spoke loudly, his voice carrying over the crowd and into the surrounding woods.

I felt my heart in my throat, my lungs burning with a passion of a thousand suns, my mind a jumbled mess of incoherent nonsense as I stuttered over a few simple words, but they meant the world, "I do."

"Do you, Vikkram Barns, take this man, Lachlan Power, to be your lawfully wedding husband; to promise to be to him a loving and loyal husband, to cherish and keep him in sickness and in health; and forsaking all others, to be faithful only to him as long as you both shall live?"

I observed the way his eyes sparkled and coated over in a sheet of tears, and a few droplets managed to slip down his cheeks as he took in a shaking breath, "I do."

Before the priest could say that I could kiss my future husband, I held my hand up and motioned my four friends over from the spots they stood where they were groomsmen. "May, in your honor, they be married to their other parts as well?" I asked worriedly, stealing glances at the four to see shock, but behind it was happiness and gratitude.

"I want this as a memory, as a memento when we look back on this in the future. I want a remembrance of the pack - a new pack; a show of never-ending friendship," I smiled, and the priest mirrored it. He spoke the words to the respected people that he had spoke to me before announcing us that we could kiss our grooms, and we did.

The crowd erupted into chaotic screams as we kissed the ones we had found as our other halves, and I knew at this point that all was amazing. This was amazing, but I couldn't help but worry that beyond this moment, beyond this happiness, that there lies more sadness and more twisting nightmares.

But we were happy even if it was problematic - but would we be forever?
