Chapter 11

September flew by. High Hopes was a huge success. It was Panic! At The Discos biggest hit. This meant good things for the album, which was also a huge success. As the weather cooled, Brendon was nearly done with promotion for the time being. He was glad to have a little break, then it was full on wedding planning. Louise was busy at work, people wanting new clothes, for the new season. Neither Brendon or Louise saw Meredith hanging around, so the restraining order must have worked.
It was only 3 weeks to the wedding. Louise didn't want a bachelorette party. So the 4 ladies went for a spa weekend instead. Brendon had a bachelor party. He invited everyone from Fall out boy, Dan, Mike and Spencer.
He got so drunk, he forgot he was still at home. He tried to take a cab home. As Spencer doesn't drink he was the only one with a clear head.
The next morning there were some sore heads. Brendon was up first. He made coffee and used the bathroom. His head was banging. Where the heck was the Advil? He heard a groan and Joe stumbled in to the kitchen.
"Hey man." Joe said.
"Hey." Brendon replied. "Coffee?"
"Yes please." Joe said and took the cup from Brendon.
Everyone else started to get up. Brendon put another pot of coffee on and ordered breakfast.
He then had a shower and put sweats on. The house was a mess and needed tidying up. After more coffee and breakfast, all the guys did their bit to tidy the house. By lunchtime the house was clean and tidy. They all sat on the couch and floor.
"Let's play Mario Kart." Mike piped up. "We could do heats, the have the ultimate champion."
"Not for me, I gotta go." Spencer said. He was meeting Annie for coffee. Since the sleepover, they had text each other a lot, and met up for coffee a few times. They were taking things at their own pace.
"Same here." Andy said getting up.
"Hey I can drop you off."Spencer offered.
"Thanks man." Andy patted Spencers shoulder in gratitude.
So Brendon, Dan Mike Pete Patrick and Joe all sorted in to teams. It was Panic! vs FOB.

Louise was having the best time at the spa. She was currently in the hot tub with Grace. It was nearly time to leave, so they were enjoying the time they had left.
All too soon, it was time for home. Louise started the car and off they went. Louise dropped Annie off first, followed by Grace then Katie. Louise pulled into the drive. Some of the guys were still here.
Louise opened the front door. She stepped into the living room, where 6 guys were yelling clapping and whooping at the TV.
"Come on man!" Dan said to Mike. Louise came in the room more and saw what the noise was about.
"Ah Mario Kart. That explains a lot." Louise chuckled to no one in particular. Pete glanced over and noticed Louise stood there. He got up off the couch and came over to give her a hello hug.
As they parted Brendon walked back into the living room.
"Louise! Hey baby!" He said and pulled her in for a kiss.
Everyone else turned to greet her
"Hey guys. Having fun I see. I am gonna take the dogs to the dog park." She told Brendon.
"Oooo I am coming too." Patrick said.
"Ok." Louise smiled and went to get the dogs leashes.
"I am glad you offered to come Trick. There's something I want to ask you."
"Ok?" Patrick looked at Louise a little puzzled.
"I was wondering if you would walk me down the aisle. My Dad isn't on the scene. Honestly I see all you guys as my family."
"What about your brother?"
"We're not close now. He has his own life and family. He won't mind."
"Then I would be honoured to walk you down the aisle, Lou."
Patrick had a tear in his eye.
Louise hugged Patrick. "Thank you." She said. They linked arms and walked towards the dog park.
The Mario Kart tournament came to an end. Joe was the winner. After that everyone started to head home. Louise returned with Patrick and the dogs. Patrick got his things together and left too.
Then it was just Louise, Brendon and the pets. Xena came in to the living room, to claim her spot on the couch again.
"How was the Spa?" Brendon asked.
"Relaxing and fun. We had a really good catch up.." Louise replied."And your bachelor party?"
"Messy." Brendon laughed.
He put his arms around Louise and kissed her. "How about we get takeout for dinner, and have an early night?" He winked at her.
"I would say yes please, to both." And winked back at Brendon.
As they waited for their Chinese takeout, they made out like horny teenagers on the couch.
"Only 3 weeks until you are Mrs Louise Urie." Brendon said stroking the side of Louise's face.
"I know. I can't wait to marry you." Louise looked into Brendons eyes. She sighed happily, and then the doorbell rang, to indicate their food had arrived.
