"It is beautiful" Tyler says

"I know" Izzie agrees "It's a Belgian flip round pro"

"What do you want for it?" Tyler asks

"What do you got?" Cristina replies

"Next time I get a projectile vomiter, I could lose your pager number" Tyler offers

"You gotta do better than that. Surgeries, baby. Preferably cardio" Cristina replies

Florence frowns "Are these all, wedding gifts?" she asks

"Yes. She's giving them away" Izzie replies "I have dibs on the mixmaster"

"I'm not giving you the Mixmaster" Cristina says to the blonde

"I think the tradition is you're supposed to return them" Florence points out

"Well, Burke registered for this crap. Now I'm the one stuck dealing with it. So I'm using it for professional gain" Cristina replies

"Okay" Florence says holding her hands up in defence as she backs away

"A gas main blew in an apartment building. Five injured, some badly" Callie replies

"Excellent" Florence celebrates "Horrible. It's horribly sad" she corrects "Keep up" she calls out to her interns

"Marla Kristler, 34-year-old female, abdomen blown out, skull fracture, third-degree burns over at least 40% of her body" the paramedic informs

"Okay, I got this. Open OR two. Page Dr. Shepherd. Torres, triage the rest" Richard orders

"Yes, sir. Little Shepherd , you're with the chief. Go" Callie replies

"Oh, thank you" Florence sighs "Uh, one, four, come with me"

"What about us?" Lexie asks

"Uh... go help Bailey in the clinic" she replies

"Okay. How are we doing up there, Shepherd?" Richard asks Derek

"Good. She looks good from my end" Derek replies

"That's the best part about the job, don't you think? Giving good people second chances" Richard says

"Sure" Florence replies with a shrug

"Chief" Alex says entering the OR "The 1 year old...Brian Kristler? He's strung out on meth"

"What?" Derek exclaims

"Yeah, it was a meth lab that blew up. This woman and her husband are running a meth lab" Alex replies

"Oh" Richard groans

"Ah yes. The joys of surgeondom. Saving the lives for those who deserve it the most" Derek says sarcastically

"Tell Dr. Torres to follow exposure protocol for children. Tell her I am counting on her to take care of this" Richard says to Alex

"Got it" Kare replies before walking out

"Sure you don't want page somebody to take over so you can go handle that?" Derek asks
