The next morning, Sarada woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside the window. She smiled, feeling Boruto's arms still wrapped around her. Carefully, she disentangled herself and sat up, stretching.

Boruto woke up shortly after, blinking sleepily. "Good morning, beautiful," he said with a yawn.

"Good morning, Boruto," Sarada replied, leaning down to give him a quick kiss.

They got dressed quietly, trying not to disturb the peaceful atmosphere. As they headed downstairs, they were met with the smell of breakfast cooking.

"Morning, you two," Sakura greeted them with a knowing smile.

"Morning, Mom," Sarada said, feeling a slight blush creep up her cheeks.

"Good morning, Sakura-obasan," Boruto added, feeling a bit awkward.

Sakura's eyes twinkled with amusement. "I hope you two had a good night's sleep."

Sarada and Boruto exchanged a quick glance before nodding.

"We did, thank you," Sarada said, trying to keep her voice steady.

Sakura chuckled softly, "Well, breakfast is ready. You two should eat up."

As they sat down to eat, they couldn't help but feel a sense of relief and happiness.

Despite the nervousness lingering in the air, the aroma of breakfast brought a sense of comfort.

Sarada and Boruto exchanged glances, silently acknowledging the weight of the conversation awaiting them. They joined Sasuke and Sakura at the dining table, each taking their seats.

"Good-morning ," Sasuke greeted, his tone neutral but his eyes curious as they lingered on Sarada and Boruto.

"Morning, Dad," Sarada replied, offering a small smile. Boruto nodded in greeting, feeling the tension building in the room.

Sakura placed a plate of eggs and toast in front of Sarada and Boruto, then settled into her own seat with a warm smile. "Hope you're hungry," she said cheerfully.

"Thank you, Sakura-obasan," Boruto said, returning her smile gratefully.

As they began to eat, the room was filled with the clinking of utensils against plates. Sarada stole a glance at Boruto, her heart pounding in her chest. She knew they couldn't delay the conversation any longer.

"Dad, there's something we need to tell you," Sarada said, her voice steady but tinged with nervousness.

Sasuke raised an eyebrow, his gaze shifting between Sarada and Boruto. "What is it?"

Boruto took a deep breath, his fingers tightening around his fork.

"Sasuke-san, Sarada and I... we're together. We're in a relationship."

Sasuke's expression remained unreadable as he processed the information. A mix of emotions stirred within him – surprise, concern, and a hint of sadness.

Sarada glanced at her father, her heart heavy with anticipation.

"Dad, I know this might come as a surprise, but Boruto and I care about each other deeply. We wanted you to know."

Sasuke's gaze softened as he looked at his daughter. Despite his initial reaction, he could see the sincerity in her eyes. He took a moment to compose himself before responding.

"I see," Sasuke said, his voice calm but tinged with a hint of sadness.

"Thank you for telling me."

Boruto shifted uncomfortably in his seat, feeling the weight of Sasuke's gaze on him.
