Maybe you could you write about the relationship between Lia and Caitlin and then Katie and Ruesha - AVR1992Dobby

Katie McCabe and Ruesha Littlejohn had been together for 6 years in 2023. Ruesha had fell first, she didn't think that someone like Katie would ever like her back so she hid her feelings for many years and remained as her friend at first, not wanting to ruin anything. However during a party one night Katie had been openly flirting with Ruesha making her more confused with her feelings and what possibly Katie had meant through out the night. She had to excuse herself early from the party to find her sister and admit to the first person, with tear filled eyes, that she was in love with her best friend. After building up the courage from her very emotional chat with her sister, Ruesha finally confronted Katie with her feelings. What Ruesha wasn't expecting was for Katie to not only return those same feelings but also kissed her in that same moment.

Now they were going on 6 years together but things had not stayed very peaceful between the two Irish women, especially during covid. As Katie started to become more recognisable due to her captaincy and playing for Arsenal, Ruesha felt like she had to compete with her girlfriend, in everything, not just soccer, which ultimately created an unhealthy and toxic relationship. As well, before Covid had officially started in the UK, Caitlin Foord had joined Arsenal and Katie and Caitlin had hit it off in the limited time they had together. Their friendship grew slightly more during covid when they would text somewhat regularly and sometimes call each other. Jordan Nobbs was also apart of this friendship which grew even more when the covid restriction had lifted.

What also happened during covid was that Caitlin had moved in with teammate, Lia Walti, because Caitlin didn't really know anyone in London at the time and Lia was living by herself and because they hit it off so well during training, Lia suggested it'd be a good idea. Due to spending every second of every day together, a connection was made and on one emotional night with both women feeling homesick, a relationship sparked between the two. During covid their relationship was perfect, there was no outsider perspective on their relationship, no outliers, but when they got out of covid and things went back to normal, their relationship quickly fizzled but neither woman was brave enough to say anything.

It wasn't until one night in 2023 that Caitlin found the courage to bring up the fact that their relationship wasn't as good as what it used to be and how neither girl wanted to say anything in fears of breaking the other, which led them to tiptoeing around each other and would soon lead to resentment, which neither of them wanted. They had mutually agreed to break up, wanting to remain friends but would need some time to get over each other first. Caitlin then moved in with Jordan and allowed Lia to have the house.

Katie, in result to be so close with Caitlin and Jordan, found herself going round to their place after trainings or games instead of going home to her girlfriend. This created a resentment in Ruesha towards Caitlin particularly. Ruesha knew Jordan a lot longer than what she knew Caitlin, and she liked the girl, but Caitlin, all Ruesha knew about her was that she rushed into a relationship with a teammate, whilst talking to her girlfriend on a regular basis, then broke up with her girlfriend only for Katie to end up spending more time with her friend than her. Ruesha didn't like her very much.

Katie quickly picked up on this but never mentioned anything because she felt like she always had to get Ruesha's permission to do something and she had enough of it. They were her friends and didn't see the point in asking her girlfriend to hang out with HER friends. Nothing was happening.

This created fights upon fights between the two Irish women until Katie had enough, she tried to have a civil conversation with her girlfriend about it all but because of Ruesha's temper, she blew it way out of proportion and started accusing Katie of things she had not and would not ever do. Katie cracked it and decided then and there was the time to end the relationship with Ruesha. A 6, nearly 7 year relationship gone.

This left both Katie and Caitlin single.
