Chapter 20: You remember me?

Kay was finally released from the hospital, Niki took Kay and Her family back to Japan

-3rd pov-

It has been three months since Kay was released from the hospital, and she is still trying to remember things

She sat in the living room with her butler Arthur "Lady Kay, would you like some tea?" he asked her

She looked up at the man and nodded, Arthur gave her a small bow before going to the kitchen to make her some tea

Kay took a seat on the couch and got all comfortable, Niki wasn't home because he had some business to get to

He promised Kay that he would come back and help her remember everything about their marriage

She looked around the living room, it was very modern but cozy, she felt like she had seen this place before

During these three months, she started to get used to Niki's presence, she enjoyed being around him,

But she was having Deja vu, it was like she had been here

Arthur came back with the tea and placed it on the table "Here's the tea, my lady" he said, she looked up at him and smiled

"Thank you" she thanked the man before picking up her cup and taking a sip from it

-Arthur's pov-

I looked down at her, I was happy to have her back at the estate, it was weird without her here and all the other staff would agree with me

"If you need anything, you can ask me or the other staff," I told her, she smiled and thanked me again

Ever since Niki got her back, he changed, he started to be less cold and let us have longer breaks than usual

He became more protective of Kay and always made sure that she had someone with her when he was not around

"Lady Kay, I'll be going to get some things done, come to me if you need anything," I told her, she gave me a smile

-Kay's pov-

I watched him walk away, now I was in the living room alone, I continued to drink my tea

I started to think about what happened in the past three months,

I got released from the hospital and now here in this big estate in Japan, I'm somehow married to the son and heir of the Nishimura family

That was a lot of information to take in, I placed the teacup down and let out a sigh, even with all the information Niki had told me I could barely remember him

"Lady Kay?" I heard a voice, I looked back and saw Lily, one of the maids who worked there "Hmm?" I hummed softly

"Are you alright? It seems like you have a lot on your mind" She sat down next to me and gave me a smile

Ever since I came here I have been treated like some princess, all the staff here were so kind to me and Niki, and he always tried to spend time with me when he could

"I...I just feel bad that I can't remember" I told her, she just smiled at me "It's okay, it will take time to remember everything, and take your time, it's all going to come back eventually"

She hugged me and rubbed my back "Don't feel bad" she whispered, it felt nice being in her arms, she pulled away and gave me a smile

"Do you want to explore more of the estate?" my eyes lit up and I nodded, Niki hadn't let me leave the house as much, he was very worried about me, and I appreciated his concerns
