*Next morning*
Lucy hadn't heard from Tamara since last night and was a bit worried but shook of the thought as she was probably tired from the sleepover and just got up and went straight to school. Lucy got up and made her way to the station where Tim and Grey were stood together. "Hello Chen, not late today I  see." Grey said chuckling at himself. "No im not sir." Lucy said looking at him with an annoyed smile "Well then, go get ready roll call is in 15 mins." Grey says while lucy smiles at him before turning her back and walking to the girls locker room to Angela and Nyla "Hey guys." Lucy walks over to them before adding some powder to her face "Oh hi Luce u okay after you- you know left yesterday." Angela said looking at lucy through the mirror. "Yes just tired." Lucy says hoping they will drop it. "You do know we are detectives right Lucy." Nyla said her voice filled with concern. "Yes Ofc I know that, now can u just leave it." Lucy snapped back before heading to the door. Lucy walks into roll call even tho she has a few mins before it's starts and then turns her head to see Angela and Nyla talking to Tim and Grey

"Does anyone know what's up with Chen." Nyla starts before Angela quickly butts in.
"She literally just shouted at Nyla has she said anything to u." Angela said looking at the boys
"What, no she came in and then we told her to go to the lockers and she was fine." Grey said confused. "Wait- what do u mean shouted what happened." Grey finished him and Tim shared a concerned look.
" well we asked her if she was okay and she just told us to forget about it." Nyla look over to lucy while she speaks
" maybe she just wants to forget about it guys don't push her." Tim says also now looking at lucy sat alone in roll call. There was silence among the group till Grey finally spoke up and said "Cmon time to get to roll call, just leave it okay , let Chen be." They all walked into roll call and grey started reading who was riding with who "Chen you're with Tim today." "Nolan and Celina." and finally "Aaron you're riding with-."  Grey got cut of by a knock on the door
"Can I help you Henry." ( a random cop )
"Yes sarg you could is Lucy Ch-" He gets interrupted by small sobs being let out before Leo stepped out from behind the officer with a black eye and dried blood all over his face along with a few bruises  ( Leo is Lucy's "sisters" son aged 6). " LEO, WHA- what the hell happened." Lucy rose to her feet rushing over to Leo who was now breaking down in her arms.  " hey it's okay- who did this to you." Lucy said looking into poor Leo's swollen eyes. Leo got off Lucy before looking like he wanted to hit her ( he's 6 remember )  " HE DID AND ITS ALL UR FAULT." he ran over to Lucy and started punching her in the tummy as he's so small. "HE DID THIS TO ME AND HE HAS TAMARA AND NINA AND HE SAID ITS UR FAULT UR FAULT." Leo screamed catching not just the attention of everyone in roll call but everyone in the station "LEO STOP NOW WHAT DO U MEAN HE HAS TAMARA." Lucy finally catching up on what he's saying pure fear in her voice he was back and she couldn't do anything about it . Grey looked at the gang who also remembered the name Tamara on Lucy's phone yesterday night. Leo stopped punching Lucy and just fell down to the ground crying. Lucy felt tears run down her face as she knew what was going on and who he was referring to, she turned to Grey and simply said " Sir can I borrow ur office." Grey looked at Lucy who had mascara trailing down her face before simply nodding. Lucy picked up Leo and sat him down in Greys chair "Leo tell me everything now."
