There are so many roads to life and journeys as well we can heal through darkness and pain if we just believe that we can make it through the darkness that holds us like a glass that breaks if we can see through our pain we can heal ourselves from that trauma and have the ability to see ourselves through anything I know it's not easy to do that but we have to the past cannot hold us anymore that's done and over this time we are taking back the power those who have taken it away from us don't let anyone take your light that's yours to keep let it shine through  brightly no matter how hard life gets see the light within your heart it was very difficult for me to do that and it still is sometimes we have to look deep inside of ourselves to see it through this journey we have been through ups and downs I know I have through out my life I have been through so much from losing my parents and family members it's never easy how old you are whatever the situation is your struggling with always remember your strong than you realize again don't let any one else take your sunshine away that's yours to keep forever. Again if you ever feel alone or depressed always remember these things talk to an adult about the situation of how your feeling at the time and make your decisions you make your clear and honest and tell your educators that your dealing with bullying make sure you have all of the facts straight and how they can help you tell them the situation of what Happened and when and make sure you have proof of what happened to you also have your family members guide you through this as well and if you need help outside of school or whatever talk to counselor they can also help you of how to deal with this as well if they suggest therapy do it because that can help you heal even more and having the tools and resources to help you will be great if you need to take it to another level of getting attorney do it because sometimes you need the law to help you sometimes schools even to this day don't do enough for the their students to make them feel safe in school I know I didn't feel safe as I have said every situation is different for anyone so again if your feeling alone or whatever your feeling please reach out to those who love you from your family to local organizations in your area that can help also start a conversation with your school about starting an anti bullying programs and have the resources to do so. Well everyone that's the end of the road for right now thank you all for being on this journey with me I appreciate more than you know. Always remember this the road to life isn't easy it's what you make it to make it through is what matters.
