Serena's POV

We arrived back at my house and I could feel myself start to shake. I knew they were home and waiting to punish me. I was terrified. Finn notices and holds my hand.

"Dont worry I'm going in with you." He said and began to get out the car but I stop him.

"No it's fine. I'm just grabbing a couple important things . I won't be long ."

"Hell no. They will hurt you. With me around I won't let them touch you." He declared and I shook my head.

" I'll be fine. I'll try to sneak past them . Just wait for me..trust me okay ?" He sighed and let my hand go.

"I'll give you 10 minutes and if your not out here I can't guarantee that I won't come in there." I nodded rushed out the car and went inside and just as I predicted they were waiting for me.

"Where the hell have you been ??!!" Father shouted .

"And where did you get that gold necklace. Is that real gold?!" Mother asked with a scowl on her face.

"I have been out with a friend. the necklace was a birthday gift." I said softly . Feeling myself consumed in fear.

"You know your not suppose to leave the house without our approval. Your suppose to go to work and come straight home. " He said and I rolled my eyes.

"Dad I'm 18 I'm an adult now. I can come and go as I please." I said and I almost regret saying it. But it's too late now.

Dad comes over to me and grips me by the hair and begins to drags me to the kitchen and mom turns the stove on and it immediately glows red from the heat .

"No no no..please just let me go.. I just wanted to grab my things. " I begged .

"Your not leaving us. We won't let you. It's time to receive your punishment. He then placed my palm on the hot stove and I scream in pain..

"Finn!!!!!!" I screamed out . Just then the door was busted down.

Finns POV

I heard my girls scream out my name and I grabbed my gun and rushed to the locked door . It didn't stop me though , I just kicked it down and I rushed inside and I see a woman in the living room . The sight I seen makes me angry beyond measure.

Her so called "parents" are holding her to the stove , letting her hand get burned. I hold my gun up and they immediately let her go , having her fall to the floor , with their hands up in surrender.

"Back away from my girl now !'

"Oh my God it's Finn Cole. The infamous leader of the British Mafia." The woman whispers to her husband.

" Ah I see you know who I am. Now I'm gonna tell you this one more time. Back away from my girl.." I growled. They did as I asked and I went to Serena and I saw her hand was bloody and burned so damn badly that she couldn't move her hand at all.

"It hurts Finn.." she sobbed and I put my gun in the holster and picked her up bridal style.

"You can't just take our daughter!!" Her dad yelled and I gave him a death glare.

"She's not your daughter anymore. She will be under my care now..so if you ever bother her again I will kill you both and I'll make it look like a bloody accident." I threatened and went towards the broken door.

"Finn I need my things." She said and I sighed.

"Don't worry darling. I will buy you anything and everything you need. Trust me. I'll take care of you.."
