Two weeks later.
It was three in the afternoon, and the seven had just had lunch at Sunshine Restaurant. They were walking towards their car to go back to their respective offices, when Taehyung stopped them. "Let's go watch a movie. I hear there are many good movies released", he said.
"Just say it that you want us to watch your new movie, which just released yesterday", Jimin chuckled, the rest following him. "No, no. It's not like that", Taehyung said, flustered. Yoongi laughed. "Hey, why not? Instead of finding some other time another day, let's watch it right now"
They agreed. Just as they were about to open the car doors, they heard police sirens approaching.
A police car stopped before them, and a policeman got out. He grabbed Taehyung's wrists, handcuffed them, and pinned him against the car. "What the fuck?!" Taehyung tried to break free, but the policeman pushed him down, the metal of the car cold on his skin.
"What are you doing?! Leave him!", Jimin yelled. The policeman showed them an arrest warrant. "We have orders to arrest Mr. Kim Taehyung", he said. A police van arrived and three more policemen got out. A crowd gathered and people were recording the event. Reporters hurriedly arrived and started delivering news.
"Kim Taehyung, the worldwide heartthrob, is being held by the police for unknown reasons...", one reporter said.
"Kim Taehyung, who just released a movie yesterday, is being held by the police...", said another into the camera.
"Leave him alone, he hasn't done anything!", Jin shouted. The policemen held the six back, as one of them yanked Taehyung off the car and walked towards the van. "Hey, be gentle with him!", Jungkook shouted at the walking officer.
Taehyung looked back at him over his shoulder, his eyes showing confusion and fear. Jungkook's heart ached to see him like this. Weren't they going to watch a movie? His movie? His eyes scanned his face, and he noticed a red bruise on Taehyung's forehead. Jungkook clenched his fists.
"What the fuck did he do?!", Hoseok shouted. "He's a fucking innocent man!", screamed Yoongi. "We'll sue you for this!", Namjoon said. The officers had trouble holding them off. Jimin, on the other hand, was numb. He had silent watched Taehyung getting handcuffed, screaming inside. Why? Why was he like this? Why couldn't he react faster? Fuck!
Rage suddenly took over.
Jimin rushed forward, shoving the other policemen who held them back out of his way, towards Taehyung. He was being seated inside the van. "Jimin!", Yoongi shouted after him. Jimin caught the policeman by his collar, gritting his teeth, his eyes showing furious anger. They were burning with fury, the agony of separating again.
"You better tell us what he did", Jimin gritted his teeth.
Yoongi shoved the policemen aside, running up to Jimin and shaking his grip free. Taehyung's eyes met Jimin's before the policeman quietly closed the van door.
