Taehyung looked at himself in the mirror.

He raised an eyebrow in satisfaction. He wore a beige hoodie and black jeans, with black sneakers. He had brushed his hair today, and had even took a bath. He didn't know where they were going, but he felt the clothes were appropriate.

He met Eun in his clinic. His eyes travelled the length of him as he entered his room.

Eun blushed. He wore a loose fitted royal blue shirt, sleeves rolled up till the elbow. He paired it with white jeans and black sneakers.

"You...you look nice", Taehyung said, trying not to be obvious. Eun smiled widely. "So do you. Your looks better this way. Brushed" Taehyung chuckled. "So, where are we even going?"

"To watch a movie. Then we'll stop by a restaurant"

"No session today, then?"

"Oh, yes. We can't miss a day"

Taehyung pouted. "But I don't even have a problem. I'm just...back to my old, rude self"

Eun half smiled. "That's a problem. And you're also in a trauma. Denying your own friends, ruining good relationships. That's what we need to work on"

Taehyung nodded. "I guess so" Eun stood up. "Come on, let's get going"

.........

Eun parked his car in the parking lot, and they got out of the car.

"Which movie do you want to see?", he asked, as they stood in front of the ticket counter. Taehyung looked at the posters. "Um, I think we'll watch this one", he pointed. Eun chuckled. "A romantic fantasy. I like your choice"

I just had to choose this one, didn't I? Dammit.

They were seated in the second last row. Apparently, many couples had come to watch this movie, and the theatre was packed. They were just minutes into the movie when a sex scene came. The couples around were grinning, some making out.

"I hope you're not uncomfortable", Eun whispered, not looking at the screen. Taehyung turned sideways towards him. "No, it's fine. I never made these kind of movies, though", he said through his mask.

"Why?"

Taehyung shrugged. "It's...too intimate"

The movie ended two hours later, and they shuffled out of the theatre. Eun stretched his limbs. "A lot of those scenes, eh?" Taehyung chuckled. "Yeah, should've chose another one"

They got into the car and drove to the restaurant.

"Wow, it's beautiful. And cozy", Taehyung said, as they entered. "Yeah, it's my favourite one", Eun, said, finding a corner table for them. The warm lights and decor of the restaurant made it look romantic and relaxed.

They sat down, and the waiter came to take their orders. "So, instead of wasting time, let's have a session here", Eun said as the waiter left.

Taehyung chuckled, rolling his eyes. "Let me enjoy something"

"Well, don't you wanna go home soon?"

Taehyung's smile faded. "I-I'm not sure if I can..."

"Why not?"

"They said goodbye to me. They'd never accept me back"

Eun rested a hand on top of Taehyung's.

"They will. They have to. And besides, we have enough time for you to get better"

"The trauma won't leave me, I know. I've been broken too many times to be fixed", Taehyung whispered.

"Tae..."

"I...Whenever I'm with them, either they suffer or I do. I can't k-keep this up"

Eun squeezed his hand.

"You're strong, and brave. You fought bad men to protect the little girl in the alley. You stood up to your parents. If that isn't being strong, I don't know what is"

Taehyung looked into Eun's eyes, and saw nothing but faith.

"Eun..." The food arrived, and they quickly snatched their hands back. Taehyung stared at the food, the warmth of Eun's hand still lingering on his. "Eat, Tae", Eun said.

They started eating their food. "Eun?"

"Yeah?"

"Why haven't you asked for my autograph yet?"

Food spat out of his mouth as Eun burst into laughter.

Taehyung smiled. "What, did I crack a joke?" Eun put a hand on his chest, controlling his laughter. "Oh, boy! I thought you were gonna say something sad" Taehyung chuckled.

.........

They were in the car, heading back.

"Should I drop you off at your apartment? You need to rest before you come in the evening for the session", Eun said. Taehyung nodded. "Alright"

Taehyung told him the address, and they reached his apartment in half an hour.

"Wow, it's huge", Eun said, as they entered. Taehyung smiled, closing the door. "Well, I can afford it" Eun chuckled. "That's a very Kim Taehyung thing to say" Taehyung laughed, throwing himself on the couch.

They were silent for a while.

"Hey, thank you for today. I had fun", Taehyung said, staring at the ceiling. Eun smiled, looking at Taehyung shyly. "I-It's nothing. I had fun too"

Eun gazed at him as he smiled. His face was brighter than he first came. He looked beautiful.

"Do you think I'll be alright?"

Eun barely heard the whisper. "Yes. And I'm not saying as a therapist and just to comfort you. I genuinely think...that you'll go back home", he said softly.

Taehyung looked sideways at Eun, who was still staring at him.

With his bambi eyes. Jungkook eyes.

"Thank you, Eun"

Thank you, Kook.
