Backstory: After losing his mother at a young age, he grew up with mostly a lot of father figures in his life as his father provided for him as much as he could. Neo only had two friends he sees as siblings, but ultimately spends most of his time alone exploring the city.
Family: Martin Prowler (Father), and Persephone Prowler.
