Hey Tillies,
I know I was supposed to give the double update a week ago, but some unforeseen circumstances occurred, and I was unable to do so. Better late than never, right? So, here you go.
Happy reading.

"This place is huge!" That was the first comment Anwit made as they stood in front of Sarth's place.
Ayut nodded along. The house in front of them was a two-story house.
Sarth gave them an awkward smile as he opened the gate and let them in.
The two brothers were looking around as they walked in. Sarth was giving them a tour of the house with Mihit following them around.
"What do you guys think?" Sarth asked as they finally sat down.
"P' Sa, what price are you quoting for this place?" Anwit asked eagerly instead of answering the question he was asked.
Ayut gave his little brother a small smack, understanding what was going through his head. "Don't even think of spending all your savings here. You came here to help him not to buy this place."
"You want to buy this place?" Sarth was surprised.
Anwit looked at his brother with puppy eyes.
"Who was the one who said that~" Ayut couldn't finish his sentence before Anwit covered his mouth.
"I am a little tight on my budget, Phi. Or else, I would have loved to buy this phi." Anwit replied before letting go of Ayut.
He was sure that Ayut would not help him if he finished all his savings to buy this place from Sarth.
"Sarth, on a serious note, this house is amazing. I would say that it's a loss to sell it." Ayut commented.
Sarth sighed hearing them. "Truth be told, I don't want to sell this place actually," He looked around, feeling a sense of nostalgia hit him.
The house was something he had built from scratch. He had bought a property when he was in his first year of university with the money he got from the international graphic designing competition.
Two years later, the area where the property was situated was acquired by a company for expansion, paying almost four times the money he had spent to buy the property as compensation.
Having received the compensation, he bought the property in which his house was located. Back then, the location wasn't developed and he only had to pay a little over a half of the money he got as compensation.
Along with the money he had been gathering taking part in every competition related to animation and graphics that gave cash prizes, he started the work of building the house.
Thanks to those competitions he took part in and the prizes he won; Sarth was a highly demanded fresher as he graduated from the university. Several employers were there to poach him to work for them with high-paying salaries. Thus, he never had to struggle like his classmates when it came to getting a job.
Little did he know that all this luck and success were the reason why someone like Kitty was attracted to him. Despite leading a lavish life, she could still get whatever she wanted as long as she was Sarth's girlfriend. This had been the only reason why she stuck to him through the years.
Sarth didn't join the company as an intern. He was directly hired as a department head due to his extra ordinary talent. As someone who loved his work, he was more than happy to take on the position that gave him more freedom and ability to explore more.
With his guidance, Mihit had a similar career path. The only difference was that Mihit had spent a part of the money he earned to finance his family, which was going through a hard time. He was the one who paid for Mira's education since he was in university.
Mihit and Sarth had planned on starting a gaming company of their own after working for a few years. All thanks to Kitty emptying Sarth's pocket, they had to postpone their plans of resigning from their company to start their own.
"I think we should go for a beige and white combination with a dash of brown," Anwit suggested after a long conversation about how to redecorate the place.
Sarth scratched his head. All the discussion was giving him a headache. He looked at Mihit for help, but the latter was lost in his own world as always.
"Seriously, Wit? You are suggesting white and beige?" Ayut asked in disbelief. "It was just today morning that you started World War Three with him because he dropped ketchup on your couch, and you are suggesting white for him?"
"That was an accident," Sarth tried to justify himself.
Ayut leaned closer to his friend and whispered. "What about the coffee stain on the handrest?"
Sarth's eyes widened in fear. He was sure that he had cleaned it, and the stain was barely visible. He didn't think that anyone would even notice that.
"Just wait till Wit finds out. He is going to tear you into pieces," Ayut added.
Sarth gulped as he tried to maintain his smile. He knew that the youngest guy was a clean freak. If Anwit were to discover the stain on his favorite couch, that might be the end of their deal as well.
"What are you two whispering to each other?" Anwit frowned.
"Nothing. Just nothing." Sarth let out a fake chuckle. "He was just telling me the disadvantages of taking white."
Anwit narrowed his eyes in suspicion but didn't say anything further.
"Let's look at other color palettes na," Ayut said dispersing the air of suspicion. "I had asked a friend of mine to give suggestions on the palettes. These are the ones he suggested."
He showed his tablet to the trio in front of him and started explaining. It took them around two hours to finalize the colors.
"I am so hungry!" Anwit whined as his growling stomach played background music.
"Let's order food then." Ayut pulled out his phone to place the order.
"P' Yut," Anwit stopped his brother. "I want to eat Khanohm Jeen na."
"Alright, I will order that."
"No, phi." Anwit pouted. "I want to eat the Khanohm Jeen from the restaurant that P' Sa told me about the other day."
"Okay. Tell me the name of the restaurant, I will place the order there." Ayut, being the big brother who loved to spoil his baby brother agreed immediately.
"They don't do delivery, Yut. We will have to go there and pick up the food." Sarth said.
"Au?" Ayut frowned. They had only finished selecting the colors. They still had a lot of things to discuss and decide. If they were to go out and have lunch, it would take them a while. "Wit, how about this, we can have something else for now and Khanohm Jeen from that restaurant on another day?"
Anwit pouted and acted really disheartened.
"How about this, Yut, I and Anwit will stay here and do the work. You go to the restaurant with Hit and get the food for us. What do you day?" Sarth suggested.
"That's a great idea!" Anwit beamed before Ayut could disagree. "P' Hit, please take my phi to the restaurant na. P' Yut is not familiar with the area."
"Of course, N' Wit. I will take good care of your phi." Mihit replied grinning ear to ear.
