Alongside the Eastern Coasts of the Continent of Union, lays a town known as Chūsei. A small town that is mostly known for its quiet atmosphere as Grimm rarely travel this far out due to the protection of the Redgrave Corporation. This town is mostly seen to be rather peaceful, people wanting to come here to enjoy a relaxing but comfortable lifestyle.

However, unknown to the people and corporations in servitude to the Union Imperium, this town is actually the main headquarters to the one and only Phoenix Rebellion, a group intending on making a difference in getting rid of the corruption of Union as a whole. This town tends to have local boats coming in from the Continent of Teyvat, where they trade for goods and expenses, which then makes its way into the rest of Union. This place acts as a trade route for many traders as well, establishing a decent cover for those who are against Union.

This town is also located close to the borders of the Nation of Melromarc, which could also be considered to be part of the Union Imperium, though separate from it at the same time. They handle their own monarchy and hierarchy, while maintaining good relations towards Union.

However, Chūsei has many things that the town has to offer. Acting as a trade route isn't just what it is known for. Many small time business owners plan on starting here. Cafés, restaurants, markets, you name it. One of the main cafés that many travel to within Chūsei is mainly known as the Haunted Robotics Maid Café.

While the name isn't exactly the most appealing to the naked eye, their services are top notch and well preserved, allowing customers of any variety into the environment. The interior having a bright, vibrant and heart warming atmosphere, the colours reflect nicely off of one another with their light blues, whites and golden-yellows. As most Maid Cafés go, the servers are mostly maids and they provide comforting vibes and warming personalities.

On this particular day, the place wasn't as populated as per usual, though it was definitely the right amount of customers to offer a comforting atmosphere. Sitting by one of the far corners of the establishment, sat Ryuji Kaida as he was resting his arms on the table. A dark cloak covering most of his body as he had his hood off. He was currently looking out the large window as he had a neutral expression, his head traversing through certain information that has been bugging him as of lately.

About a day ago, he had snuck into Atlas City, learning that Winter Schnee's lead was indeed correct. There is the possibility that the mystical Dragon Balls do exist. As far as he knew about them, they are apparently wish granting orbs that can provide any wish one may desire. While it might be quite a far stretch, he managed to get his hands on some prototype Dragon Ball Radars to hunt them down.

From underneath his cloak, he pulled out a Dragon Ball Radar, looking down at it as his eye narrowed, trying to fathom whether he could fully believe it to be real.

Ryuji: "Do they truly exist...?"

He pressed the button on its side, noting the beeping sounds that it was emitting as it was rather slow. Though the more he stared at the device, he took in some features more clearly. This device, being covered in a white coloured metal could be shaped in the palm of his hand like a pocket watch. The green screen giving signals, showing his exact location. Though he has noticed some glowing dots as they gave off a bright yellow colour. He could at least count seven total, making him remember one part of the legend he used to read up a bit about.

Ryuji: "Seven wish granting orbs... Gather all seven, then you can achieve your wish..."

He said this in a low tone so no one heard him. He noticed the dots were in separate directions, also quite far away considering that he was informed that if it beeped quicker, it would mean that one may be close. Though his thought process was interrupted as he heard one of the maids approach his table, making him pocket the Dragon Ball Radar away as the maid kept up a bubbly smile. She has bright blue eyes, along with silver-white hair with light blue shades at the tips. Though her attire had light blue and white colours that felt well connected, this girl is one of the owners of the establishment as she is commonly known as Mint.
