Darkness takeover

[A/N]: I'm not going to make this a whole series thing. This is just a side path and I'm not going to do season by season with the side path but a short summary. The actual story will resume with, before the overlord goes to Ninjago city.

In Ninjago City, Dareth kicks Kozu out of his dojo.

Dareth: Heh, I told you they'd do it.

Edna: (Looks at the grayed-out sky) Oh, is it the ninja?

Lou: It must be.

Man: The ninja have won?

Lou: Haha, we're saved!

Brad: About time.

Lou: Now to get this place back in order.

Kozu laughs as a bright light shone in the sky.

Dareth: What the...(The Garmatron appears from the beam of light.) What is that? (Everyone runs away but Dareth stands in front of its cannons.) Oh. All right. You will have until the count of three to leave here before I unleash the power of one, hee-yah! The dragon. Two, penguin. (Chatters. The Overlord points his cannons at Dareth.) Two and a half...

Overlord: Three. (He fires at him.)

Dareth: Haha. You missed. (He points another blaster at him.) Oh, no. (He screams and takes cover behind a building.) We shall meet again. This I swear! Where are those ninja?!

The Overlord laughs as he infects more of Ninjago City with Dark Matter as his metamorphosis continues.

Overlord: Alright Acid, you go with the ninja to corrupt others and I will finish the metamorphosis process.

Acid: yes, father. But once we take over all of Ninjago, then what?

Overlord: (chuckles) oh so glad you asked. Since you are a partial mortal cause of your mother, so you can cross realms and cover the sixteen realms in darkness.

Acid: (laughs) perfect! More realms to take over? Count me in!

Overlord: with that said, you take the ninja and go spread darkness and infect everyone. Leave the three old geezers with me to defend this place.

As Acid was going to say something they hear a loud roar and Acid sees that the roar came from the ultra dragon.

Acid smirked and spewed Dark Matter balls from his mouth and shot the ultra dragon and corrupted him. The now corrupted ultra dragon flew down and Acid jumped on his back.

Acid: now that I have a ride and another of my friends back. Now cmon ninja we have a realm to conquer and then some! Hahaha!

The ninja hopped onto the ultra dragon's back and they took off while the Garmatron turned into a fortress and The Overlord turned into his original form and infected everyone in Ninjago city.

Season 3: doesn't exist because the Overlord was never defeated. Acid went to where the stone army was kept before being reawakened and corrupted all the serpentine.

Season 4: Chen saw the threat and secretly tried to the the elemental masters to help defeat the threat but Acid quickly picked up what he is trying to do so he went to his island and started corrupting everything and everyone on it.

Season 5: doesn't exist because Garmadon never opened the cursed realm and Morro never escaped. But The Overlord knows the realm crystal exist and sent Acid to go find it. It took super long but eventually he found it.

Season 6: with Clouse being corrupted, he doesn't go find the teapot and no one does because they are all corrupted.

Season 7: Acronix would still come but find everything in darkness and gets the time blade. Acid and the Overlord felt the toward time blade arriving and Acid went to go check it out and found Acronix and quickly dealing with him by corrupting him and taking the time blades. All the time blades fall like regular and Acid went to retrieve them and during that time the Vermillion hatch. Acid sensed a hive mind because he is also a vermillion and has gathered the army. Now The Overlord and Acid have all the serpentine, vermillion and Stone warriors under their command.

Season 8: doesn't happen cause everyone is corrupted.

Season 9: Acid was fidgeting with the realm crystal and accidentally comes across the first realm and The Overlord wanted the first realm felt with fast. So acid just brought the ultra dragon and started spewing Dark Matter in every inch of land. The dragon hunters went down easily but the Dragons put more of a fight. But Acid eventually got the upper hand and took down and corrupted Firstbourne with the rest of the dragons and then the entire realm.

Season 10: for this the Oni don't come because Garmadon said that his destruction is the reason they didn't come so that's what I'm gonna use.

Season 11: doesn't happen because Aspheera is never released because the ninja were never bored because they and corrupted.

Season 12: so that means Zane never got teleported to the Never-realm so the realm stayed as it was. But for this, Acid went to Chima during season 3 of the that show and helped the animals defeat the ice hunters and backstabbed them and corrupted all of Chima and all the creatures.

Season 13: Prime Empire doesn't happen.

Season 14: as Acid was flying Ultra (Acid nicknamed him that) they found the island and saw the beauty of it but The Overlord wanted everything in darkness, Acid then went closer to the island and started corrupting it.

Season 15: at this point The Overlord has all the realms under his command and all the inhabitants so he desires the takeover Ninjago's ocean and that he did. Kalmaar and the Merlopians tried to stop them but it was in failure as Overlord and Acid got them and now The Land and Ocean are now under their command.

Season 16: doesn't happen because Overlord never died and Harumi is corrupted so no Crystal King.

[A/N]: I will do this type of thing with Rebooted and Crystalized because of the Overlord being in it.
