It was a week after the first time he passed out and the members found him. Namjoon had been back at work for barely three days.
The dizzy spells hadn't come back during those days. That is, until yesterday evening. Yesterday, he had asked the staff to order his food, which wasn't something out of the ordinary. They asked their staff to order dinner all the time. This time, they did order something a little too spicy though, and it had upset his stomach. And the dizziness that came after didn't seem very strange after that.
But feeling a little ill and a little dizzy wasn't all that happened.
His brain had turned foggy again, like before he passed out on his day off.
Namjoon didn't want to tell the others. He didn't want to tell them that it wasn't just an upset stomach yesterday, that he hadn't just felt a little dizzy. He didn't want to tell them his mind had felt cloudy the entire evening, even when he went to bed and even after he woke up in the morning. He didn't want to worry them, not when they were all so busy and stressed themselves. And it was just a bad reaction to the food, right? He was just going to lay low on the spicy food, and things would be fine.
And really, this morning his mind wasn't as foggy anymore. Still, he felt off, only truly snapping out of it after taking a cold shower after dance practice at around 2PM.
The rest of the afternoon he felt fine, and in the evening he had ordered his regular food again to eat during his personal studio session. No more spicy stuff, nothing strange. Nothing should've happened. His stomach was fine. He was back to normal, he wasn't even that tired.
And then the daze came back before he could do anything about it.
Namjoon didn't know what happened. Again.
And now he was waking up, groggy and confused, feeling awful.
He looked at his surroundings, confused that he was on the floor. But that confusion cleared after a few minutes, when he remembered he must've passed out.
But even though he didn't understand what happened, he clearly remembered the feeling of exhaustion, the daze his mind fell into, and the black spots taking over his vision. Exactly like what happened a week ago.
Namjoon grunted as he pushed himself up by his elbows. He couldn't get much further than that, failing to get up and falling back on his stomach. Huh. Weird. That shouldn't be happening. He barely had any strength, his limbs felt... weak.
Well, that was different.
In his mind, he felt like he should be panicking, but he was oddly calm. He was exhausted, still, and the brain fog that had cleared today had come back in full force. He tried to organize his thoughts, think of what to do next, of how to get help, but it was all over the place.
In his daze, he didn't hear the door to his studio open.
He lay panting on the floor, trying to get himself up, only to fail each time he tried. He looked at his arms, willing them to have enough strength, but it was as if looking through a game, his arms not really his own. He rested his head back on the floor and groaned at the wave of dizziness that washed over him. It was a miracle he hadn't thrown up yet, his stomach feeling sick.
And then there was a pair of shoes in front of him. He startled slightly, his muscles tensing only momentarily. Even with his blurry vision and dazed mind, he understood that someone was standing by his side.
"C-Could... could you... h-help..." he drawled.
He heard the click of a tongue. The shoes made way for... knees? Someone was sitting down next to him. On their knees. Right. He understood that. But why wasn't this person helping him up? Or at least... worried that he was on the floor?
