It was a couple of weeks later.
It was the school holidays.
Ruby and I were at her house, sitting on her couch.
I had my arm wrapped around her while she leaned against me.
We were both pretty happy and excited to spend the next 2 weeks together.
"Y/N, do you want to watch something?" Ruby asked.
"Ya. I wanna watch Batman vs Superman." I said.
"You stay here. I'm going to grab some stuff." She said as she stood up.
She left the room.
It was 24 seconds later.
Ruby returned, holding a soft black blanket and a black pillow.
"Stand up." She said.
I stood up, and she put the pillow on the armrest and the blanket on the couch.
"You can sit down if you want. I'll be back. Just going to grab more stuff." She said.
I pulled the blanket up as she left the room again. I sat down and wrapped the blanket over my lap.
It was a minute later.
Ruby returned holding 2 big white bowls. She put them on the coffee table in front of the couch.
"I'll be back again." She said.
She left the room. I took a look at the 2 bowls.
1 of them has popcorn in it, while the other 1 has chips in it.
It was a minute later.
Ruby returned, holding a big bottle of Fanta in 1 hand and a big bottle of Coke in the other. She put them down on the coffee table.
"Just got to grab 2 more things, then we can finally watch it." She said.
"Ok," I replied.
She left the room. I laid down and put my head on the pillow.
It was 34 seconds later.
Ruby returned holding 2 cups. She put them down on the coffee table.
"Now we can watch the movie." She said.
She lifted the blanket and lay down on top of me. She covered herself with the blanket and lay down to face the TV. I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her on her head. She grabbed the TV remote on the coffee table and put on Batman vs Superman. She put it back down on the coffee table.
