Just a wrong number story(,right?)

Chapter Twenty

A/n: Surprisee. I do have wifi (at least right now). I'm not sure if I'll have wifi next week, because I'll be somewhere else, so in case I won't, I would update two days later since I'll be back at home then.

Nat's POV:

I really don't know how to explain all the emotions I felt this morning. I was sad and angry that Y/n just escaped in the middle of the night, I was glad that Faith responded again and relieved that it was a "thank you" message. Also, I was happy and excited to see my little sister, Yelena, again, but I was confused why she's in New York all of a sudden.

We had a meeting this morning to discuss the most recent events and it was not boring for once.

Y/n aka Sky wasn't seen anywhere, but Friday scanned her face and it turns out that she goes to Midtown high, 11th grade next school year, same class as Peter even though she's about two years younger. She originally lived in Germany, her records start at the age of four/five. Her actual birthdate and last name are both unknown to the public.

She also had a past in Hydra, two years right before her public records start. Checking the beginning of those two years, it shows that Hydra bought her from somewhere else. We don't have the data for that, meaning it's still an open case. She didn't seem to have any memories of her time in Hydra and wherever she was before.

Then I realized something. She had many similarities to Faith... could it be? I decided to take it as a possibility and tell the others about my thoughts.

"Guys, am I the only one or do many of those things seem familiar to what Faith told us?"

Tony's eyes widened in realization. "That would make so much sense. Both lived in Germany, are quite polite and intelligent meaning they could both have the ability to create firewalls and hack other devices. Faith is a friend of Peter and Y/n could be if she's going to be in his class and might've visited a few lessons already-"

I cut him off and continued: "And Faith was in New York a month ago already, just as Y/n stopping crimes. The first letters of their names also fit, as Peter called Faith f/i and Y/n's name obviously starts with f/i"

Wanda: "That means they are the same person... but why didn't she tell us? She knew that she had been texting us..."

Fury: "I'm sorry, but who is this Faith person where you just found out that she's Y/n?"

Pietro: "It was a wrong number story and she introduced herself as Faith. With the informations Friday provided us today, we were able to figure out that Faith is Y/n. We had been texting her all along" (A/n: Pietro being smaaart)

Tony: "That also means that Peter's friends with the so called «hero» we wanted him to be distanced to"

Sam: "Correction: That YOU wanted him to be distanced to"

James: "Because you care about him so so much" (A/n: That's Bucky if anyone's wondering)

The rest of the meeting was just them arguing and Fury trying to stop them, without success. It's fun at first, but gets boring because it always has the same outcome.

Taking my phone out, I checked my messages.

Somebody else wanted me to come here and as long as they don't feel comfortable with me telling you, I won't.
Today afternoon would probably be fine for me, would that work?
