Y/n had lived in Germany for as long as she could remember. She didn't know anything about her family, not even her last name. She had been left in front of a door to a huge mansion housing a loving family desperate to get more children.
There she got treated as their own. Because of their honesty, she knew right from the beginning that they weren't her true family, at least not by blood. Nevertheless, she always behaved and surely wasn't stupid.
She went to a private school and was soon known as the most intelligent kid of the whole country to say the least. In an international competition, for teens in the age range from 13 to 18, about general knowledge, physique and logic, she won the first place at the age of thirteen.
After that, many school from all over the world pleaded her to join their schools. She wanted to take that opportunity. Since her «adoptive parents»/«friends» left that decision to her as they found her mature enough to live by her own, she took her time looking at all the requests.
It wasn't easy for her. She wanted to have a bright future and thought New York would be just the right place for it. Using her hacking skills to check the other students in those schools, she chose Midtown-High as it seemed to be a nice school and she had seen that a certain boy called Peter Parker, or should she say Spiderman, was a student there.
She knew that she'd be by far the youngest in her class as she would be going in 11th grade while others her age are in 9th grade, but chose not to mind that. It wasn't like it hadn't been like that before.
One might ask why she did all those things before actually sending the «confirmation» letter, but that was something to be found out.
Was she just being precautious? Or did she have plans with Spiderman or even the Avengers?
You, dear readers, are close to finding that out.༺༻
Y/n's POV:
I had just arrived in NYC, Queens to be exact, to check out the school I would be going to after the summer holidays, as it was shortly before the end of the school year.
I had the allowance to visit the classes to get to know other students if I wanted to, but I didn't have to take any exams or tests.
Other teenagers would love to be in my position. I technically had four months of holidays in front of me. Yes, I didn't like school, but that was only because the system just sucks and you don't get teached the actual important things in life.
Except for that, I quite enjoyed school. Even though I could've graduated already, I didn't nor was I planning to.
Without school, it's not easy to make friends your age if you're a minor. Especially if you're shy and introverted like me. Don't get me wrong, my live has been amazing so far. Still, I don't trust many people and tend to stay unnoticed outside of the public eye. Well, if I'm patrolling and helping people with my identity hidden, I'm not that unnoticed, but still more unnoticed than others. Now back to reality. The principal assigned a student to show me around. This student was nobody else than Peter Parker himself. Perfect! Exactly the person I chose this school for in the first place. My plan was going to work.
"You must be Y/n, right? I'm here to show you around. My name is Peter Parker"
"Nice to meet you Peter"
"Nice to meet you too"
After he showed me around, we exchanged some information about each other until the bell rang.
He had already told me that I was in his class, so I just followed him there.

If anything's unclear, just ask. I'll gladly answer. Do you prefer shorter or longer chapters?
Au Revoir!
