I have just parked Oscar. Meera and Ems are near our locker. "Hey girl's how is your morning going" I ask them. Ems immediately answers "Well you know today my mun had to wake me up and she literally threw me out of the house when I didn't wake up"
"So am guessing because of the cold you had to wake and you went back inside ate and dressed and that made you come to school early this morning" I say guessing. She looks up and mutter a yes.
"Well we need to get to English class, let's go babe." Meera says and we go while we leave Ems to continue sorting her self out.

It's last period before lunch and I have AP physics. I am on my way to class after changing my books and I see Xavier near his locker. He sees me to and comes up to me and we start looking at each other for no particular reason.
I am so in love with his dark hazel eyes. Why can't I have eyes like that. He mutters something and I don't hear it. "Excuse me, can you repeat it" I say a little nicely.
He has a scowl on his face and then he says it a little louder that only I can hear but still comes up as a whisper "I am sorry". "For what" I ask crossing my hand and he replies "well for bumping into you and pouring soda on you and just treating you like shit".
I am flabbergasted and tell him it's ok and I move away. I am about to go when he pulls me back and I look up at him "do you forgive me" I can't answer him because all my brain is trying to process is how close we are.
His cologne has taken over my senses and it is amazing. He smells like woods and rain and am intoxicated. I am so lost in his scent that I don't notice him looking at me expectantly "mhmm you were saying" I ask cause I have officially forgot what he said at first.
"I asked you if you have forgiven me" he asked again. I take a step back and ask him "why do you care" . "I don't fucking know. Just give me an answer, do you forgive me". "I will think about it" I answered and pass him, this time he doesn't stop me. As I am leaving I feel his eyes on my back.
It is until I am away from him that I notice the mass of people looking at us. I notice some out with their phone and I lower my head and move away from his place. I hear the bell ring and curse to myself.

I was in line to collect food and then it was my turn. I pay for my food and go meet Ems and Meera at our regular table. I see only Meera and I sit. "Hey girl" I say.
"Hey yourself" she answer. "Where is Ems" I ask looking around the table. "She told me that she has to go to the girls toilet and I told her if she is done, she should meet us here" She answered. Just as she said it we see Ems reach us and panting as if she ran, which am pretty sure she did.
"Bitch why didn't you tell us" she looks directly at me while speaking. "Melo I thought we were best friends, why would you do this to us". "Mel what is she talking about" Meera asks looking as confused as I am.
"Even I don't know" I answer. "Can you tell us what Mel did that is so bad".
"Well Meera, Melo here is school famous. Have you seen the photos that are spreading around" Em says. "No we haven't" we both say. She tells us to give her a minute and we both here a ding from our phones.
I check it and see she sent a post from NM High School's 2024 set account. It is a photo of Xavier pulling me back, the second one is a photo of me and him after he pulled me back and it looks like we are hugging. The third is of me and him looking into each other's eyes.
I check the school account and see there is one from the game. The first one is of me entering and it is from the back, a person can see my side profile and his hoodie that shows his number. There is one of me and him showing us looking at each other. He was looking at me and I was cheering them on after they won.
I look up and see both Ems and Meera looking at me. "I have a valuable explanation for those photos" I say and try to smile my way out of it.
They look at me waiting for me to explain. "Ok, so I was on my way to physics when I met Xavier. He apologized and u was about to leave. He pulled me back and asked me if I forgive him. I told him I would think about it and immediately left. That's all that happened" I say as quickly as I can.
"Well that should explain it but your I think your lying"Ems say. "L-lying why would I be lying" I say shocked because of her deceleration. "Why are u stammering and this is Xavier we are talking about. He literally broke a teachers nose and didn't apologize. He is a spoiled brat. So yh I agree with Em"
I just sigh "believe me or not that is what happened "and immediately the bell goes of "see you guys in another lifetime" I wave and leave the cafeteria.

I am currently home and thinking about all that happened in school on Monday. Its Saturday and during this week the posts have done nothing but increase. I wear my bunny fluffy slippers and go to my library.

I pick a book and start reading and my mind drifts of to a certain 6ft2, dark hair, dark hazel intimidating eyes, broad shoulders, a chiseled jawline and I immediately snap out it.
I cannot be daydreaming about Xavier Black. He is bad news and bad news is bad. If Ems where here she would probably say something like girl you got a crush and a bad one at that. But sadly she ain't here.
There is just something about him that draws me to him. I sound like those fangirls from school but there is nothing to do about. I admit he is a Greek God but that is all. Nothing more, nothing less.
I continue reading and it is almost 10:00pm. I drop the book on my the table and go towards my parents room to wish them good night.
After all the wishing am tired and go to my room and change, carry my phone and start scrolling through Instagram.
I see a whole new ton of follow requests and I accept it. I go to the school account and click the photo and continue staring at it until am not sure when I slept
