--My POV—
The day went by fairly fast. I had one more place to take him. I took them through the forest and to our land.
Seth: where are we? What are we doing here?
Me: Seth, this is where we had our last date. This is what we call our kingdom. We found it within a couple months of knowing each other.
Koda: can we go inside?
Me: go ahead. This is our place.
Koda and Seth run hand in hand into the cabin. When I walk in, they were looking at all the pictures on the wall. Some pictures were of Seth and I when we were going out. Koda lies down on the bed and starts to fall asleep. I sing him to sleep and I look for Seth. He was staring at the pictures of us. I walk up next to him,
Seth: I'm sorry.
Me: sorry for what?
Seth: I'm sorry for not remembering. I just, I don't know why I can't. I wish I could, I'm trying it's just,
Me: Seth. It's okay. Don't beat yourself up for something you can't control.
Seth: you're not mad?
Me: why would I be mad? It's not your fault you got hit by that truck. It's not your fault you can't remember.
Seth: thanks Kaya. Are we going to head back or stay here?
Me: I think we should stay here. Koda is already fast asleep. Over there in that drawer, you have extra clothes.
Seth nodded and went to go get some clothes. He was ready to change until he turned around and looked at me. He probably wanted me to turn around so I won't see anything. I let a small giggle and grinned,
Me: what? We had sex. You're acting like I never seen you naked before.
He blushed and looked down with a smile plastered on his face. I can't take it, that cute smile of his makes me want to kiss his lips and never let go. 'I'm sorry.' I let out a light chuckle and turned around. He tried to change fast, but I heard a thud,
Me: you okay?
Seth: yeah I just fell trying to put on my shorts.
Me: typical.
