Chapter 19- TLO2
August 10th

Taylor's POV

– Ready to leave?– I ask a half asleep Claire almost sleeping on the couch waiting for me.

– Why did I agree to this again? it's 6:30 am Taylor, you just did 6 fucking shows, how are you even walking?

I chuckle and kiss her forehead.

– You are one of my dear actresses for this movie and are going to help select the kids crew today. I can't show up so you will be my eyes and ears. Of course I'm going to watch everything by zoom hidden in the office. Isn't this exciting?

She managed to give a small smile.
– Fine. But I want McDonald's for lunch.

I laugh and agree, thinking of a small amount of trash food to start the Eras tour break.

My security leads us to the car and Claire puts her head on my shoulders to sleep along the way to the set. It's an hour long drive so I play with her hair while she falls asleep.

Hey, I'm on my way to the set.

I'm almost there, boss. The security already let the back entrance ready for you and the papz doesn't know this place exists.

Claire is with me, I just have to wake her up, rs.

This girl is going to be as famous as you as an actress and not because of you. She's a diamond, boss.

I look at Claire with a proud smile.

She for sure is.

Not much longer after I see by the window we are entering the set. A surge of adrenaline engulfs me and even exhausted from every exercise from the shows I'm ready to watch the audition from my office.

I know it's going to be a while until we can actually film it since I still have a full year of touring but having everything settled doesn't hurt. And the most fun is that they have no idea they are going to work for me.

– Hey! I missed you buddy.– I hug Ryna and she hugs me back.

– I missed you too, boss.– She says when we get out of the hug.

I smile and introduce her to Claire, still yawning. They haven't met in person before.

– Ryna, my sister Claire. Claire, this is my brilliant cinematographer Ryna.

– Nice to meet you.– She compliment Ryna.

– Nice to meet you, Claire. You are a brilliant girl, ya know? I can't wait for our meetings to create the character's aesthetic.

Claire blushes, which I find adorable.

– Thanks. I'm happy she trusts me this much.

I hug her from behind, ruffling her hair.

– Of course I trust in you babe, not because you are my little sister but you have a commitment I rarely see in adults.

– Thanks.

– Okay, so we can start by setting up everything. Claire, are you aware of your job here today?– Ryna asks her and exchanges a smile with me.

– Actually not, she just told me to help with the young actors and actress auditions.

– This too. But we want your opinion to help us to choose between them after.– a smile at her and she grins. – After everyone is finished we are going to sit here through the afternoon and watch tape after tape until we find what we want.
