Maxxie
"Yeah, no. No way are you ever gonna convince me to go to one of Florian Roths parties. First of all, he's a year older than us, second of all, we're not invited and third of all he's been picking on me since first grade. I'd practically be walking into the danger zone and asking to be murdered"
Maxxie informed as he picked out an outfit for the day while his 2 bestfriends sat on his bed, 'Naive' by The Kooks played quietly as he picked out which strange hat he'd wear."I'm with Max on this one, no offence Alex but why would we go to one of his parties? He's like.. I don't know.. A psycho? Don't you remember last halloween when he egged Maxxies house and shoved his head down the toilet every day for months because we didn't give him our candy?"
One of Maxxies friends, Hugh, contributed to the conversation."Oh come on you pussies! Do you really wanna live the rest of your highschool years in fear of what Florian Rot is gonna do? If we show up to his party he'll think we're not as scared of him as he wants us to be. It'll put him off his game. Plus, if we don't go to the 'back to school party' that literally everyone's going to, how will we ever become cool?"
Alex, Maxxies other bestfriend, tried to convince the other two awkward boys."Alex, we are cool. And we're not going. I've got way too much stuff to do around the house anyway, I've gotta help dad fix the dishwasher, clean the bathroom, help Griff rearrange the living room so all the randos living here can feel more at home-"
Maxxie began listing all the things he was supposed to do but wouldn't, he just needed an excuse not to go to the party."Oh Max, just go. I'm going. It'll be fun"
A girl interrupted, Sloane. Maxxies cousin, she'd been living with him since her parents had kicked her out."You're going?!" Alex jumped up in excitement and wrapped her arm around Sloanes shoulder.
"See this is why I like her more than you. It's a sign! We have to go now"
Alex continued as Maxxie flopped on his bed with a large sigh."I can't go to the party. Me and your mom have something verrrry special planned for tonight"
Hugh teased as Alex pushed him onto the bed so he was rested on Maxxies chest."Highschool parties are dumb, it's all sweaty, crowded, and full of horn-dogs. We're not going"
Maxxie answered, Sloane and Alex winked at eachother before looking back at the two boys."Fine. Well go without you then"
Alex said, knowing it would change their minds.Maxxie and Hugh gave each other a consulting look before looking back up at the two girls who were giving them their best puppy dog eyes. They both knew there was no way of getting out of going to the stupid party.
Maxxie rolled his eyes before answering.
"Fine! But I'm serious we're leaving before I get my nose smashed into the sink and my head dunked in the toilet until I can feel my head start to explode"
The auburn haired boy reluctantly agreed as his two female friends cheered as if their favourite singer had just signed their tits. The 4 teens made their way through the crowded house, cautiously dapping people up as they crossed on the stairs or replying to their 'What's up!' with a simple answer.
Maxxies house was constantly full of people, with 3 siblings it was bound to be, plus his dad was way too generous about letting people stay.
There were currently eighteen people in the house and only four bedrooms.
