Before the Barricades

ANOUNCEMENT PT2

hello lovely people. so about 3 months ago, i said i was discontinuing this book. ngl, i really thought i would. I had just thrown myself into the world of newsies (yet another musical with a big group of really cute guys rebelling against men in power) and i didn't feel as strong of a connection with Les Mis. HOWEVER. due to this strange feeling of "gosh i didn't finish that story, and now it bothers me", along with the amount of readers (thank you, thank you, thank you, for 100+) i am continuing this book!

YAY!!!

lets hope that this time i actually finish it...

the main cause of me stopping this book was because I was incapable of writing the plot lines before all the cool plot twists and sad things and all that. but through writing my one-shots, i feel as if i am prepared to take on this challenge. also i just didn't have time, but i finished school a couple of days ago, and i have way too much free time.

so, i can assure you, I already have some drafts and ideas for the upcoming chapters and all that. as well as how this story will end. i just have to write it 😅 

also my original plan for this book was to make it a trilogy, consisting of Before the Barricades, Brought to the Barricades, and Beyond the Barricades. fun fun fun. i do hope to continue with that idea though. 

one thing i feel i have made pretty clear is, i don't post on schedules. i literally update after i've finished a chapter, and proofread it. thats it. i procrastinate way to much to post on a schedule.

also going back to the procrastination, and no set schedule, the chances of me posting chapter 6 of this book today or tommorrow is very slim. of course, i could prove myself wrong, but we'll see!
