The only thing I can hope for is that they'd respect my choice and support me. But knowing them, they will respect my choice. Yet, I don't wanna hurt their feelings. So, what should I do?

-Something Doesn't Feel Right-

Y/N P.O.V

The sound of chirping reaches my ears. I slowly open my eyes to see the sunlight seeping through the gap of the curtain in my bedroom. I slowly move to sit up as I wait for the drowsiness to subside.

I hear a soft pecking sound on my bedroom's window. I slowly stand up and make my way towards the window. I slowly move the curtain to reveal my kasugai crow. I slowly open it, letting her perch on my arm.

"What is it?" I asked, as I gently stroke her feather. She tells me that Oyakata-Sama wishes to see me. "Alright. Thank you, c/n" I said. She turns around and flies away. I watch as she gradually disappears from my sight. I shut the curtain, deciding to prepare myself so I don't keep Oyakata-Sama waiting.

After a while, I finally reached Oyakata-Sama's Estate. I make my way inside, and knock on the door. I hear his soft voice granting me permission to enter. I gently slide the door open. I walk forward and kneels down in front of him as a sign of respect.

"You wish to see meet me, Oyakata-Sama..." I said, in a soft voice. I lift my head to look at him to see a soft smile on his face. His presence is very soothing. It makes me feel comforted. His voice reminded me of my father. It makes me wish that my family are still alive. But it's no use to dwell on the past, I have to continue living and keep moving forward.

"I'm pleased to know that you're doing all right, Y/N" he said. I smile softly at his comment. "I've heard what happened from Muichiro. You've been poisoned by the demons you fought during your last battle" he said.

"That's right, Oyakata-Sama. It feels like a miracle that I survive. It's all thanks to Luana and Shinobu-San. They both worked hard to stop the toxin from spreading in my vein. It's all thanks to them that I'm still breathing right now" I said.

"Luana? Who's that?" He asked. I froze at what he said. What do I do now?? I accidentally mention her name! I feel myself starting to panic. I can't possibly lie about Luana. "Y/N?" He called out.

"E-Er... sorry, Oyakata-Sama. Um... Luana is" I started. I let out sigh, knowing I can't bring myself to lie about her. "You might not believe me, Oyakata-Sama. But... Luana is my guardian. She lives inside my subconscious mine. She's the one that's been guiding me these whole time. It's all thanks to her that I'm able to get stronger" I said.

"I do believe you, because there's a legend about that..." he said. I blink my eyes in surprise at what he said. "Not a legend. But a prophecy..." he said. I just stare at him, not really knowing how to react.

I blink my eyes as I realize he's waiting for my respond. "Forgive me, Oyakata-Sama. Your statement just sort of caught me off guard" I said. He just smiles softly at what I said. "What prophecy are you talking about?" I asked. He slowly lift his hand, making a gesture towards his kids. They seem to understand what he wants, and stands up.

The one with black hair, gently places a book in front of me. I stare at the book for a brief moment before turning to the black haired boy in front of me. "This book will give you the answer you're looking for, L/N-San..." he said.

"Thank you..." I said, bowing my head slightly as a sign of gratitude. He returns my gesture as he stands up. He walks back and reclaim his spot next to his sibling. I turn my head to look at Oyakata-Sama. "I'll return the book soon after I finished reading, Oyakata-Sama" I said.

"No need to return it. You may keep it" he said. I bow at him in appreciation. "I'm sure you wish to get start on reading the book. You are dismissed. Once again... I'm relieved to know you're all right. Please be careful on the next missions you're assigned to, Y/N..." he said.

"I will try my best, Oyakata-Sama..." I said. I bow at him one last time. I stand up and smiles at him. "I'll be taking my leave now" I said. He nods his head lightly. I turn around and walks away.

"Hey, Y/N-Chan!!" A voice yelled out, making me jump out of fright. I turn my head to the direction to see it's Kanroji-San. I let out a sigh of relief as I let her catch up to me.

"Kanroji-San... you gave me a fright" I said. She let out a nervous laugh at what I said. I give my chest a few pats, trying to ease my speeding heartbeat. "Anyway... what is it? You sound urgent?" I said.

"Eh? Not really. I just saw you passing by..." she said. I just let out a soft laugh. She's always been so energetic. I hear a soft rumbling sound. I turn my head to look at her belly which is where the sound came from. She let out an embarrassed laugh.

"Are you hungry, Kanroji-San?" I asked. She just nods her head. I smile softly and gently grabs her hand. "Let's go and fill that belly of yours..." I said. I hear a gleeful cheer coming from her. She brushes past me and I ended up being the one getting pulled as she rushes me to the nearest ramen place.

A While Later

Soon the two of us arrives at the ramen place. Kanroji-San pulls me towards a chair. I take a seat with her next to me. We order what we want to eat.

It didn't take long for our food to be served. I grab a pair of chopsticks. I give it a gentle blow and take a bite. I stay silent for a while as I stare at the ramen in front of me.

"Y/N-Chan?" Kanroji-San called out. I turn my head to look at her to see her staring at me worriedly. "Are you okay? You've been staring at your ramen for a while now" she said.

"Er... sorry, Kanroji-San. I just remember I have to do something important" I said. I turn my head to look out to see Iguro-San. "Iguro-San!!" I called out. He turn his head to look at me. I stand up and rush towards him. I grab his wrist and pulls him inside the ramen place. "He will keep you company instead. Oh, and you can have my bowl of ramen. Bye!" I said. I turn around, rushing off before those two can say anything.

I rush inside my Estate and head to my room. I sit on the ground as I recall what happened at the ramen place. I lift my hand, placing it over my mouth. Why? Why does the ramen tastes like that? It tastes like... nothing.
