She was back in here...The soulscape.
Her body in the real world was sitting in front of her Elizabeth, she could feel in her hand the warmth that the blonde girl gave when she took her hands...
And even looking at her hand it had color, a stark contrast with the rest of her body and the room she was within. A desolate world of grays and blacks.
In one of the mirrors she could see herself sitting in front of Elizabeth with her eyes closed, while inside here she saw the reflection of herself as she was when little. A scrawny girl with pink lifeless eyes and hair that no one ever took care of.
She was standing in the middle of one of the old rooms of her orphanage, trashed beyond recognition, granted it wasn't that tidy before... But now?
It looked as if one of those times one of the caretakers had come angry because I had been returned once again... They couldn't take their anger on me since I was quite adorable even as a child...And because I didn't know that one needed to cry when hit.
So that brought a smile to my face thinking about those women...They only got angry because they had to return the money after selling me... And after seeing my reflection in one of the broken crystals my smile got even wider.
My eyes!
They had color!
Most of my body didn't have any color...Nor the room... Only my diary and Magical Girl outfit had color before...But now?
Now my eyes were shining in a pink light... My body was starting to be painted in colors!
A quick look into my whole body, however...Brought me to a stop. In my chest, there was a scar... A nasty scar that seemed to glow in golden light traversed almost all of the upper part of my chest.
I was not happy about that, so putting once again my clothes (One of the orphanage gowns) I went towards the window. The void was changing too. Now there was a shining star in the middle that brought warm light and slowly colored the room.
Granted the monochrome fought back and you could see here and there how things changed from black and white to colored ones, but I hadn't come here to admire this.
Nor to add more spells to my diary. No. I was here to [Evolve]... Elizabeth had been in danger after the whole thing with the student council girl. And she had stood up to her [Pressence]. Was it because her [Affinity] was higher?
No...It wasn't [Affinity] was it? She now understood how the blonde girl saw the world when the connection to her solidified into something more strong.
She had felt the connection grow steady with each day passing by, but there was no feedback before. Not before that blue window showed up asking her if she would pledge herself to her.
She didn't hesitate and said yes, of course, she cursed her recklessness when the same screen told her to wait for the answer from the blonde girl. In the end, Elizabeth accepted since she could now see a detailed description of [Herself].
Numbers and descriptions flooded her mind, she knew what this was and it was...It tasted deliciously like Elizabeth, the understanding of the skill flooded her mind from a perspective that wasn't hers. She [knew] they were the thoughts and understanding of Elizabeth when she experimented with the skill.
She couldn't hold back a little moan when the knowledge of how the blonde girl saw the world saturated her mind, it brought her pleasure beyond measure and the mere thought of that was enough to make her shiver.
"[Status]" Intoned the pink-haired girl bringing up the same blue screen that she had seen in the real world. The option for evolution was still present but it presented the true form of her magic.
