Chapter 70: Let's go shopping!

After all that had happened in what was supposed to be a normal library run, she was now pondering what to do next. "So my goal is pretty much set huh..." Mumbled Elizabeth while holding the red bracelet in her left hand while she held the obsidian one in her right.

She had indeed planned to work as a [Villian's minion] as her powered persona, but that was mostly so she could try to take Akira down a notch. Not that it would be doable since the travel was randomized. What were the chances that the group of misfit heroes ended up with her in the same city?

Rossie was with her because they were a team, but that was about it. Chances were that she would've end in some capital with that [Hero's Luck] where she would survive and thrive as a [Sidekick]...Hell depending on how much luck she still had she would probably end as a solo [Hero] or something.

No, she had more important problems to deal with.

"So even though I wish for the black one...I will need to carry on the red one..." Said Elizabeth while putting on the red bracelet in a chain made of solidified shadows and putting it on a collar to be hidden beneath her clothing.

She then walked outside and gave her thanks to the [Librarian]. She had more plans to finish today after all...And while she felt more comfortable in her [Alice] persona...This would need her other one.

"[No one is nearby mistress, you may change back into your Disguise.]" Said the little girl from her shadow, she also needed to speak with that girl about that. Why does she think her [Alice] persona is the true one?

Either way "Thank you, [Shadow Shift - Release]. " Said Elizabeth while her whole body changed to return to her more common appearance. The blonde appearance of a girl with blue eyes shone once again.

She put on the obsidian bracelet on her hand and made sure the red one was still hidden beneath her clothes. She would make sure the effect was working while it was in her [Inventory] at a later date, for now, she needed to make sure her shadows didn't act up while she was in a stressful situation.

So as she turned off the [Shift] put on the obsidian bracelet and walked to one of the stores with a window to admire herself, she was indeed in her usual [Form]. The black obsidian bracelet shined on her right arm. Most wore them on either arm, but she was trying to make a habit of wearing the obsidian one on her right arm and the red one on her left arm.

It would make it easier to wear them...Perhaps she would need to personalize more her [Inventory] and try to get some new options from the blonde asshole to make this thing adjust her clothing and tamper with the size...

'No Elizabeth don't get distracted!' Thought to herself the blonde girl while fishing for her phone (The tampered one by her father). And searched for a clothing store, she had clothes to buy.

Both for herself and for Alice...For her powered persona, if she was planning to separate the identities they would need to dress differently enough...And besides, she was having fun thinking of all the ways she could dress her more [Modest] body!

Why she always wanted to try and go for the [Lolita] and [Gothic Lolita] thematic!

That would be fun in itself!

So after making sure she got a shop in one of the fancy districts (She wasn't going to go and buy anything in a district she would visit as Alice) she went her way, the shadows still felt somewhat stifled, and more docile. She wasn't sure if her [Alice] form had a closer link to the shadows or if she was imagining things...

She would need to experiment with that later, ["Mistress, there is someone following you"] at a time when she wasn't being tailed.

"Who and since when?" Asked the blonde girl into her shadow while stopping to admire a shop that had a new selection of economic imitation purses.
