Shahzaib was looking at Urwa who was still sleeping. Few strands of her hair were falling on her face. Making her look more beautiful. She looks so cute while sleeping, her demeanour relaxed which would never do if she is conscious.
Koi insaan iss kadar khubsurat ho sakta hai bhala?
A warm smile appeared on Shahzaib's face as he caressed her face lightly and pushed her hairs back so that he could look at her more clearly. Kissing her forehead lightly he removed his arm which was wrapped around her waist and got up. It was around seven in the morning. She didn't wake up for fajr? Shahzaib thought and then shrugged his shoulders. Sometime later he got up and went out of his wife's room.
It was his first time exploring Shah haveli. Being their enemy didn't treat him right but being a son-in-law did. Infront of him was a balcony, moving towards the balcony he was tongue-tied seeing the beautiful garden below the balcony. Different kinds of flowers and plants were planted. They looked so beautiful.
"Khubsurat hai haina?"
A voice questioned. Shahzaib snapped hearing the voice. It was Aayan. He nodded his head."Urwa ne banaya hai yeh garden, jab hum Shah haveli vapis aaye the jab yeh side ka section sabse isolated tha. Yaha koi nahi aata tha. Umar ke jane ki takleef ke wajah se ammi abba ne Urwa ko yaha kamra de diya tha. Sabse alag, sabse dur"
Aayan narrated.Shahzaib's heart clenched hearing what Aayan said. How much more did she suffer? He could not even imagine his Urwa going through all those loneliness and silence.
"Mujhe aur Zain bhai ko Urwa se milne maana kiya gaya tha. Hum usse mil bhi nahi pate the. Phir bhi hum dono raat main ya kabhi kabhi chupke se uske paas aa jate the. Din bhar woh akele rehti thi. Uss akelepan se bachne ke liye Urwa ne yaha ek garden banana suru kiya. Aap dekh hi sakte ho. Woh kehti hai usse iss jagah ne tab sukoon diya tha jab kisi ne nahi"
Aayan completed, and looked at Shahzaib."Mujhe yeh sab batane ki peeche ki wajah?"
Shahzaib questioned, as much as he was thankful to him for sharing some of Urwa's past but he wanted to know the reason behind this sudden flashback."Urwa ne aapko ko uske aur Umar ke hadse ke baare main bataya hai jo bara saal phele hua tha. Toh main itna hi kehna chahta hu ki woh hadsa toh bas ek suruwat thi. Aapko aur bahut si baat pata tak nahi hai, aur bara saal koi chota waqt nahi hai. I hope ki aap Urwa ka maazi jaane ke baad usse chod na de"
Aayan explained. Urwa suffered, she still is suffering. Just because everything is ok it doesn't mean that the past which haunts your soul would leave you so easily. Our past doesn't let us forget what we went through replaying the memories and making us feel the terrorising agony again and again.
If she is finding some happiness with Shahzaib then why can't she have it? His sister is beautiful, intelligent, kind, understanding and the cherry on the top loves this creature in front of him. What more can a man want? Though Urwa throws a tantrum or two in a while, has anger issues and is impulsive but it's ok right?
"Mujhe yeh nahi pata ki Urwa ka kya mazi rahe hoga par meri aakhri saans tak main Urwa ko nahi chodna chahta, na hi main chodunga. Biwi hai woh meri"
Shahzaib answered truthfully. Why would he even do that?
"Yeh toh waqt hi batayega"
Aayan muttered, and turned to leave as he saw Umar standing some distance away from him? Was he eavesdropping on their conversation?"Umar?"
Aayan questioned, while Umar shrugged nonchalantly. Shahzaib turned around and saw another saale-sahab infront of him. These people are not going to give him a few moments of peace with his wife."Aapne bhen se milne aaya tha par I think aab jija-ji se hi mulaqat karni padegi haina?"
Umar smirked.Aayan shook his head and his response and thought to leave. He has pressing matters to attain.
