"What do you mean?" Paris inquired, her eyebrows knitting together in confusion.
"I don't know, he just told me to let you know you're stayin' here, he didn't say anything else," Solo replied as he began to walk out of her bedroom and downstairs.
"Where is he now?" she inquired, trailing closely as he headed toward the elevator.
"Downstairs," Solo said, pressing the elevator button.
With a sigh, Paris stormed away, her pace as swift as the Givenchy heels strapped to her feet would allow. She rushed to get to her phone, and like clockwork, by the time she made it back into her bedroom, Shane was already calling her.
"What is going on?" She answered, getting straight to the point.
"So, that's what we doin'? We keeping secrets again?" was his first question.
Sitting on their bed, Paris went back and forth with herself in her head before answering.
"We need to talk face-to-face about this," she replied.
"Why do I gotta hear shit you should've been told me from somebody else, Paris?" He asked
"What are you talking about?" She asked in confusion, even she had to admit she was having trouble keeping up with what she had already told him and things she hadn't told him.
"Natalia told me about what happened in Bali, with Cam and his homeboys." He said.
Paris let out a deep sigh, aware that he was oblivious to the extent of what she truly needed to tell him.
"I can come downstairs and we can talk on our way to dinner." She urged, wanting to tell him everything before anyone else got the chance to.
There was a short pause between them, then Shane finally responded "Naw, you can sit there until I get back. We'll talk when I make it home." He replied, not even waiting for her to respond. He disconnected the call.
She tossed her phone onto the bed and let out a stifled scream of frustration. Well aware that everything that was going on was her fault, it was never her intention for all of it to happen the way that it did. Lifting her leg onto her knee she began to unbuckle the heels on her feet. Kicking them across the room, she picked her phone back up and called Jessica.
"What's up?" She answered.
"I won't be there tonight, just a heads up. Is Zorah with you?"
"Yes, and why aren't you coming?" Jessica asked
"Long story, can you just keep me updated?"
"Is this related to what you and Kelsey were talking about?" she probed further for information. Paris trusted Jessica to a certain extent, knowing well what to share and what to withhold. She wasn't naive. Jessica was undoubtedly loyal to Paris, yet she had her boundaries.
If she thought it was serious enough, she wouldn't hesitate to tell Shane everything she knew.
"Jessica, the less you know the better. Or else you'll be guilty by association. Just please, keep me updated and text me when Shane is leaving." Paris replied.
"Okay," She answeredAfter ending the call, Paris proceeded to dial Natalia's number as she walked into the bathroom. She removed her jewelry and seated herself at the vanity, waiting as the phone rang.
"Yes?" Natalia answered
"Why did you tell Shane about Bali?" Paris inquired.
She switched her phone to speaker mode and set it down, beginning to remove her makeup.
