“Vampires?” I thought as I stood by a lifeless body and I realized it was a vampire from sire line

"What does this mean?" I thought as I grabbed my phone and called my best friend, Felix.. he was a siphoner witch before he got killed by chan, but he died with my blood in his system, so he became a hybrid witch-vampire, a heretic

"Did you find him?"

"Yes I think I found him. There is a trace of dead bodies everywhere"

"That's him, I'm coming"

"Wait, Lix.. Chan killed not normal humans, he killed vampires"

"That's weird. Why?"

"I don't know" I said as I walked through the empty halls of the building, it was an old hospital where they kept the patients with the Spanish flu because I was here once a nurse during the flu and I see they left everything behind in all those years

"Lix, I'm at the old Spanish flue hospital and meet me there" I said

"I'll be there in a few minutes!" Felix said as he hung up on the phone

"Chan, what are you doing?" I thought as I looked around

I still remember all the horrible things that happened here. Many people were dying and trying to fight the flu. The doctors and the nurses tried to control it, but soon everyone got infected, but not me. Thanks to my vampirism, we can't get sick or infected

I looked in a room, and I remembered that in this room was a young girl laying, fighting for her life

1919s

"Hyunjin, can you go check on Mary at room 123" the doctor said, and I nodded

I walked to the room and I opened the door. When I walked inside the room, I closed the door behind me, and I saw a young girl laying on the bed

I looked through the papers

"Just 14" I thought, and I walked to her

She was coughing heavily, and her head was very warm when I touched her head. I saw the fear in her eyes, and I wondered if I could do something

So I bite my arm and I let her drink my blood and I hope this will help her

If I only knew it didn't work and the young girl, Mary, died a few days later

Back to the present

"I'm so sorry, Mary" I whispered as I touched her plush toy. It was a teddy bear

“Hyunjin?” I heard a recognizable voice, and I looked up, and I saw Felix standing

"Do you have the grimoire?" I asked him as I put the teddy bear down on the bed

"I have it here," Felix said, and he showed me the grimoire

"Good, let's find him," I said, and I walked to the door

"Lucky for us, I already did a locator spell so I know where he is and he is not far from us." He smiled and I smiled

After a few minutes

"Here's another body!" Felix said and he ran to the body

"Another vampire" He whispered
