Chan's pov
It's more than a few days ago that I saw the siren
I didn't told anyone about it yet
Today I have a day off so I could go to the elderly woman's shop because she has one
Time skip
So I stood right in front of her shop
"Anne's antique shop" I read on a board and it was luckily open
I went inside the shop and saw many things with mermaids/Sirens on it
From figurines to artifacts to paintings to books
I saw the lady standing behind by the cash register helping her customer
I went to her
"I hope you give this a place" she said
"Thank you Anne, I will give it a good place" the customer said and the customer left
"So this your antique shop?" I asked
"Oh well look we have the lifeguard" she said
"Just call me Chan" I smiled
"So what are you doing here, Chan?" she asked
"I just came to say that I probably saw a siren" I said
Her eyes widened
"Did you see a siren?" She asked with widened eyes
"Yes, a few days ago" I said
"Where?" She asked
"In sea, he sat on a pair of rocks" I said
"He?" She asked
"Yeah it was a beautiful boy" I said
"Did he sing? Normally merman don't sing at all" She asked serious
"Well uh yes but it was too far" I said
"But it's still dangerous" she said and suddenly she went under the counter
"He was really beautiful, long blonde hair, toned abs, grey tail" I said with slight red cheeks
Then she came back up with a book
(this sentence? Isn't correct I know🙈)
She opened the book and went browse through the book
"Here" she suddenly said
"The siren song" she said
"Eventually, the siren song leads the person that hears it to hallucinate seeing the mermaid/siren everywhere and hearing siren song out the ocean. The person will then driven into the ocean to find that mermaid/siren
But ultimately drowns his/her death" she read out loud
"Like you told the children, few days ago" I said
She nodded and sighed
"I wish I could talk more but too close my shop soon" she said
"Oh yeah it's getting late" I said
"Wait Chan before you go" she qnd she gave the book to me
"You can keep it" she smiled
